            Hi, I ordered five windows from Window Depot October 10, 2022. On or around December 12, 2022 the windows arrived at there warehouse, and I picked them up. I notice the windows were missing the screens, for each window, a total of five screens. While at the store, the team at the store placed a special order for the missing screens. On January 14, 2023, I installed the windows on a customers home. That morning I called Window Depot and was hung up on twice. I was put on hold three times, with no one answering. I eventually talked to *****, the store manager. He looked for the screens in the warehouse and didn't find them. He offered no further resolution. My customer is asking for the screens, and I have exhausted all attempts to have the company resolve this issue.
