            ******************************* from Rock Hard Concrete in Dec. 2021 told us when they were done our floors would be hard enough to drive forklifts over. We left the house for 3 days & had the entry, kitchen, hallway and bathroom coated a black shine epoxy. The shine was beautiful, but full of bubbles, dips & wasnt smooth. ******* said it was their shoe spikes and hed fix it. The 2nd trip out, ***** we left the house for 3 days again. They sanded the floors & recoated. Unfortunately, they sanded too far & concrete showed through. ******* told us they would need to do another coat. Meanwhile we ripped out the bathroom cabinet & asked if he could fill that in at the same time.(he offered to do for free) This time we left for 4 days on Feb 7th and returned to a floor that finally looked good. Mar.5th, we put down painters tape to **** out an island (a little over an hour) when we pulled it up the epoxy came right along with it! The coating peeled off like thin paper. We also dropped a spoon on the floor and it made a **********************! I texted *******, he let us know it was fixable, he should have warned us about adhesives & said he would come out to take a look. Since then he has no showed, doesn't answer calls or texts and ghosting us. 7 months in we have a floor with a gap and no resolution The product isnt as strong as he said or it wasnt done correctly I'm not sure which is worse. We stress any time something drops on it in fear it will get worse. I want the floor fixed properly or to have him pay for us to have it done correctly by someone else.
