    No star for this Company.Incomplete work. Garbage disposal was not installed properly.Bathroom sink facet was incomplete. I had to buy another facet to have the hardware because it was taken by the plumber.I had an appointment for the following day; I was told he an important job to do. No one show up. Not even a follow up from the office. Didn't receive a receipt which I was told it was going to be by email.

    We are the Dallas/********** Mr. ********************** and do not service the ***** area. All Mr. **********************'s are individually owned so customer would need to contact the business in her area.

    Do not use this plumber!!! We called them to winterize our outdoor faucets. We had problems with them freezing in the past. We had the work completed in Nov 2. In January both faucets froze. In March when I was laying down soaker hose on the side of the house. The outdoor faucet began to leak between the wall and faucet. It more than 2 weeks after several calls they finally sent someone out. The plumber said it will be 800 dollars to take down what they did to fix the issue. I was told that we were out of warranty. The original plumber if he was one no longer works for Mr *********************** I told him that the first freeze had both pipes still froze!! We did everything to prevent them from freezing we wrapped both pipes and also placed covers on both. We even taped the covers to wall and they still froze. We paid in total more than 2000 dollars to prevent this from happening. We were only given a 30 day warranty and in November it did not first freeze until January 16. To make matters worse the fist time I go to use the faucet water shout from the wall. The plumber said it was probably caused by it freezing even thought that is what we paid them to fix. He said it was out of warranty and it would cost 800 plus to fix. They do not stand behind their work. Do not use them

    paid money, received less than promised. came to house and said we had a slab leak and they referred us to leak detectors without any further work done. tried to speak to office with no solution. referred leak detectors found leak, not in slab, in front yard. called mr. ********************** back with no solution, they stated the $400.00 was basically for the referral--they won't do the work

    Save yourself a headache and do not use this company. We had them out to repair a leaking washer valve. Their "professional" plumbers replaced the wrong valve and left the broken one unfixed saying "the one we replaced looked older". They didn't even test the valves!....this is mind blowing to me. On top of this, when we called to ask them to come correct the work, since they didn't replace the correct valve, they said we (the customer) would have to pay them again...excuse me? Am I the professional plumber being paid to diagnose and fix an issue? After a week of being dodged by the manager Leah and incorrect information from the associate Tom, I was finally able to get a refund processed to my card. Still needing the work done, I asked if we could have them out to fix the correct valve (the quality of the work was good, they just didn't bother figuring out what was broken) and they said they refuse to do business again with us. This left me feeling confused and wondering what I did wrong. I see nothing here that me, the customer, did wrong. We had them out to do work on something that was broken, we paid them hard earned money, and they didn't diagnose or fix the issue. Any logical person would think the company should come out and correct the work. I work in customer service and have for over 10 years and I would be fired immediately if this is how I treated my customers. The associate Tom's tone when telling me this was also very unprofessional. Anyway, we will take our money elsewhere and I suggest that you do as well!
