These folks saw my car own ******** marketplace. A very nice car. I heard from several people with the same company. Sight unseen they offered 18K then 19K, and finally offered me 20K. I told I'd think about it and call them back. I decided I would accept their 20K offer and called them back. Some guy sent me a text saying they would give me 18K. I would never do any business with these folks. These are the kind that gives the auto business a really bad name. " Would you trust a used car salesman." ?? I know you've heard that. No, I would not. This is a shady bunch.Review from Jaylen G

I've sold soo many cars in my life. Never before like this. Met at my bank with cash took off my plates. They were well prepared with bill of sales and their dealer plates. Paid more than ******* and ******. They have over 7000 plus ****** reviews with a 5 STAR rating and now I see why. Thanks agian Texas Auto Value..Review from John H

Scammers! Pushed to get a VIN on a car I have for sale. They then ghosted me and never heard from them. Im doing everything in my power to reveal their business practices on every review site I can find!!

We were given a verbal agreement and text agreement for our 2015 ****** Forester that I was honest about it needing body work. It was for $10,000. We had to drive two cars an hour to meet the men who were going to pick up the car. They took pictures and sent them to the office. We were then told after waiting that they would need to take $500 of the car which we were ok with. Then they said no $1500 off. I had 4 other people interested in this car from ******** ****etplace and this company told me to take it off and **** is sold, which I did. I would not sell the car to this company after they tried to s**** us. I was extremely upset after taking time out of my day to drive an hour to meet them. I guess their agreement doesn't mean anything. Beware!Texas Auto Value Response

Not going to lie, at first, I was super skeptical of someone reaching out to me over ******** offering to buy my **********, unseen. We agreed upon a public meeting place at their bank, and the broker looked the truck over, including hooking it to a computer and once he was satisfied with the walk around, we went inside and made the transaction happen, probably the easiest experience I have ever had when selling a vehicle. Again, I was very skeptical but after doing a little research and then going through the process, it made me feel much better. I will definitely be using them again.Review from Christopher M
