            I live in *******************************. On Wednesday 10/23/24 they towed my rental vehicle out of the garage. Explained I was residents simply forgot to update them that I have a rental since my car is in the shop this week. They had me pay the 180 fee to get my car back. I registered the car. And went on with my day. Saturday 10/26/24 they tow my ***** Bolt rental AGAIN!!! Saying it was not registered. They looked it up. Said oh its a typo in the plate number. (although at no point previous on the phone or the website was there an error message )For that reason they still want to charge me the full tow fee AGAIN.

            Last Tow date:July 13th ***** Trim towed 2 vehicles from my unit and is purposefully targeting my unit! The last tow he hooked my vehicle up wrong and was dragging it out of the parking lot which he couldnt done damage to my vehicle! Hes towed from my apartment in May and my vehicle was not hooked up and he refused to move and threaten to tow if I didnt Zelle him $135! I have a copy of the Zelle I sent him! He knows I will pay and rides by my unit and rolls down his window to see who he can tire from my unit! He must be stopped! Now he has my 2003 ***** towed and I would like my vehicle back and seeking legal advice now.

            My vehicle is towed as soon as I moved in, even though I did not park in a reserved space, and I am the only person on the lease. Then the company REFUSES to issue a parking permit, even after registering online, and providing proof of residence, proof of insurance, copy of my lease and license plate/registration. Then issues a warning that I'm not authorized to park at my residence or I will be towed.

            On 05/04/24spartan Wrecker towed my truck because "blocking drive" when it was not true, I was not blocking anyone. I have been parking for more than months in the same parking lot. The photos that this company volume are bad resolution. I had to pay $ ****** that had them for gas, food and any inprovist. This company must be investigated because the reasons for taking my truck are not true. My truck is registered in my contract of the *************************. I hope to receive your answer about my case.

            We recently had a vehicle towed from **************************. Yes, a picture was submitted to the park as to why the vehicle was towed (2 tires on grass). However, per the attachment the rules do not go into effect until May 1, 2024. Therefore, there is no reason as to why my vehicle was towed. The amount paid to ******************* was for $321.47. They are not able to issue a refund because they did not tow the vehicle. Please send refund.

            My name is *****************************. A tenant of *************************************************. Your previous apartment manager and I had a small tiff about my parking spot. The next day he had me illegally towed. Ive since talked to current **********, along with ********** of ****** towing (which I now know is actually spartan wrecker), as well as Asset Living with no rectification that was promised. I was towed illegally. I was a tenant, paid for my own rent, and parking. All attached. I was promised I would receive a refund of tow charge and havent been, and was promised rectification of the day of work I missed for car being towed and havent been. I expect to be reimbursed for both, or will have to escalate this further. Below is my ************** Ive included verified of below email of illegal tow. Since illegal tow nothing has been done to rectify situation except you telling me money would be refunded per Candle Chase/****** Towing (which I now know is actually spartan wrecker towing) I have not received my reimbursement, but am looking forward to your reply. Candle chase has been telling me for months now you would reimburse the charge.documentation of illegal tow provided to make it easy on you all. - Candle Chase Apartments, This is my formal notice that I will be turning in my 60 day notice to vacate the apartments on Dec 22 when my lease is up.There are 2 reasons I want to end my lease on Dec 22d when the lease is over. Apt towed my car out of the spot that I have reserved for my vehicle.vehicle was towed for being an unregistered visitor and I have the receipts to prove it.this is illegal as well as being taking advantage of the residents that reside here. Nothing has been done about this other than charging me. Nothing has been resolved and I have since moved out. I look forward to this situation finally being rectified and me getting my money back from yall. Ive included proof of illegal tow and proof I was resident at time of illegal tow.

            My vehicle was towed from the property where I've been living since December 14, 2020. I received a WARNING sticker on my vehicle on 09/20/23 and was told I had until 09/30/23 to remove my vehicle or correct the issue but my car was towed the following business day 9/21/23. I wasn't aware that my vehicle wasn't completely registered because I didn't upload my insurance, but once I realized I fixed that issue and registered the vehicle. I've made multiple attempts to contact the business regarding my vehicle and they are very unprofessional. I'm still making payments on my vehicle and now I'm behind on my rent due to not having proper transportation to get back and forth to work since September 21st 2023. I want to get this issue escalated and I'm not sure who else to reach out to.

            Spartan Wrecker towed my **** White single cab dodge Truck OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY!!! ***************************************** at 11pm on Dec 10th-I've called this company over 10x nobody calls me back, I am self employed and all of my tools are in the *********** missed 2 scheduled tree jobs $712 I missed out on I was told that I my 2 front wheels were parked on the grass....well my driveway is only 10 ft long then turns to grass but ITS MY DRIVEWAY.I am soooo upset and after reviewing the reviews this company needs to be stopped!!! I WANT MY TRUCK DELIVERED BACK TO ME!! PLEASE HELP!I've attached a photo of my driveway and where my truck is parked ( I put down 2 poles where I park!

            April of 2023 ************ towed my vehicle without warning me from my paid parking spot. Not only did they cause y husband and I a day of work, but due to the unprofessional manner my vehicle was towed, around $3,000.00 of damage was done to my vehicle. The man refuses to make things right even though my mechanic has photos and records of any and all work he has ever done to my car. People like this should not be allowed to continue to do this to other peoples vehicles. Read the reviews on the website and you will see that this has occurred to many others. Why should he not be held responsible?

            So as we stated to you in the emails we sent to you the towing did not cause the damages.   We also advised you to file civil suit if you felt like we are incorrect.   We move for the complaint to be dismissed due to lack or evidence showing precise damages by towing.
