The complainant brought in 5 saws February 18, 2023.  She said Noonday Hardware  was recommended by a man named *******************************, and told her to bring them to our store.  ******* is known to our employees, but we do not have a phone number for him.  He is also known as "Country", which the complainant also referenced.

We determined almost immediately that the saws, all of them, were beyond repair,  and left a message with the complainant to that effect.  Employees of the store continued to call and leave messages, but the saws just sat at the store.

Finally, towards the end of ****** ******* came in to pick up the saws, referencing the complainant by name.  After more than 2 months. we thought we were done with the saws.  After all, how did ******* even know the saws were here if the complainant hadn't told him?

That same afternoon, the complainant showed up to get her saws, after 2 months of non-communication.  What a coincidence! We told her ******* had just picked them up a few hours earlier.  At this point, she claimed that she had no idea who ******* was.

About 2 weeks later, out of the blue, ******* brought back 4 of the 5 saws.  He was told he needed to bring back the 5th saw also.  I again let the complainant know the 4 saws were here.  Again, no response.  I still have them.

During the course of all this, as a good faith gesture, I offered the complainant a brand new MS 170 saw, worth $200.00.  My offer was rejected.
