  The issue started with an Olympia splendid when we about **************************************************************** which their Ptech unit was placed as a source of heating and cooling around Thanksgiving of last year. The first unit that was installed in the house, leaked onto our floors, damaging our floors, which that needed to be resurfaced re-stained refinished. All of our furnitures had to be moved out of the room and we had to be relocated at that time at that time. It was agreed that they would replace the unit after several months of going back-and-forth of them coming in to repair the unit the unit not working properly. We went the entire winter without a heating unit because there was no trust in the unit. The unit didnt work properly, so finally around March of this year, they replaced it with the same Ptech unit which again in June of this year, 2023, the unit leaked again and again the floor was damaged floor needed to be resurfaced re-stained refinished again we at our cost, we also had to relocate our room all the furniture and find us a place to stay for another week yet again. At this point my family and I have had enough of the Ptech unit from splendid and we requested that they replace the unit with a different unit or reimburse our money at which point they decided they would not reimburse us any money but they gave us a wall unit again after requesting a attic unit which they said they could not do. I incurred cost to have the unit reinstalled with the old unit having holes in our walls which I had to then pay for repairs which I do not find that was our mistake it was the mistake of the company. They shouldve been responsible for fixing all of these problems and installing the new unit which cost us thousands of dollars in repairs and thousands of dollars in installs , they were very unkind when we requested they let us keep the unit in the wall because they were two massive holes in the wall. They said no.
