  4/27/2022 $593.22 Invoice 1-042622 ***** - Flowmaster Exhaust, Force II, Cat-Back, Steel, Aluminized, Polished Tip The work was completed, but it is now suspicioned that their is an exhaust leak. I have contacted Shelby on multiple occasions in the past 3 months to get it looked and have been told that they are not seeing any vehicles at this time. I brought up the warranty on it, and they said they would reach out to the owners, and return my call. I have not received a call, email, text, or any kind of communication back.

  We originally performed service on the back half of the exhaust system for this customer. When they brought their vehicle back in to have us look at the an exhaust leak, we discovered it is coming from the exhaust manifold gasket at the engine, which is on the complete opposite side of the vehicle than we worked on. We explained that we are not able to service the vehicle further as our schedule is currently full.

  I sent My Corvette to Shelby, for a transmission swap, and other repairs. I was told, they could not drive the vehicle after installing the transmission because the brakes were bad. After ***** and SEVEN months, I finally was told the car was ready. I sent a tow truck to get it, when the car got here, the hood was tied down with a rope, because it would not close. It closed just fine when they got it. It still has no brakes, although $4000.00 in parts were installed. The transmission is not hooked up. I was lied to several times about "needed" repairs, and luckily have it all in email. When I asked about the problems after getting the car back, I was told "there is no manager to speak to" They also stated they did not know the hood closed when they got the car. Which is funny, ***** sent me pics of the car for me to show the body shop a few days after the car arrived at Shelby, guess what the hood was closed. I have those in the email chain as well. I was also told, and charged for body re mounting, and told that is why the job was delayed after 3 months, a month later after it was "done" I was told they needed to buy body bushings, to mount the body. I asked, how do you need to buy them now, when you said the work was already done? Just lie after lie, most of the work was not even completed, they just bolted parts on and said come get it. I asked "how did you test drive the car, when the hood would not shut" I was told by *****, the drove it slow in the parking lot............. This after over 14 thousand dollars in "repairs"
