Fraudulent. Scam. Predatory Contract. Bad Business Practices. Rude Customer Service.Do not use their services or sign up for a membership. Massage Envy will coerce you into a signing a very rigid 12-month agreement that is almost impossible to cancel. They provide misleading, incomplete information to pressure you into signing an agreement that contains terms you were not made aware of or terms that are inconsistent with the information you were initially provided. When we tried to cancel the membership subscription, the front desk representative denied our request for cancellation and was hostile and dismissive. In attempt to conceal their unfair business practices, the employee dismissed and challenged each of our concerns by rewriting history and creating a twisted game of he said/she said. The customer service was unpleasant, harsh, and uncooperative. We were explicitly provided information that contradicts what is in the contract, but Massage Envy hides behind the guise of transparency and fairness by reminding you at every opportunity that you signed the agreement. They neglect and misrepresent all other circumstances. Not only do they coerce and mislead you into signing a predatory contract, the services provided (massages) are mediocre and all of the appointments we scheduled were cancelled. Highly recommend staying away from this business, and if they try to ******* you into signing an agreement - RUN.

They took my money every month and I was never able to schedule a massage at a reasonable time at either the Hulen or Montgomery location, as much as three weeks in advance. When I went to cancel, they insisted I could not cancel without paying additional months. Do not do business with these people.

Impossible to cancel membership! Never ever fall for the sales pitch and buy a membership. I am reporting them for fraudulently continuing to take the fee out of my account even though I requested cancellation. It's also next to impossible to talk to anyone about your account or contact them at all.

Lack of access to any appointments, closing locations, canceled appointments where I have spent time driving there to learn the therapist isn't available. Yes they keep compiling the monthly massages even through lots of covid time. And if you cancel, they only give you 30 days to use your messages. How can I use 24 (and growing) sessions?

I would give zero stars if I could. They can't keep staff so you can't use your membership sessions. Then I cancel additional billings and was told that they would extend the date until the end of the year for me to use my sessions. Then I call to schedule them out at another location, 30 minutes from my home, and I'm told I have 60 days to use my 10 sessions. Well that's impossible. I call back the Newnan location and the manager there, Sara would not take my call. I call and left a message at the corporate guest services. Never ever again will they get a dollar of my business. Beware they are liars!!
