We recently had our roof replaced by T-Rock Roofing due to the March 2024 hailstorm, and we couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service stood out. Both ***** ******** and **** ****** went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered, and we were clear on the scope of the project, which included not only the roof replacement, but gutters, A/Cs, and other items damaged by the hailstorm. Since I did not want to have my new roof installed during hail season, they had no issue when I requested the installation date to be pushed out. They truly wanted to make sure me and my wife were happy. They also recommended Class 4 shingles which resulted in a lower insurance rate due to its hail protection.Their team was punctual and polite, and would have completed the work in the same day but for an unexpected thunderstorm that rolled in. Nevertheless, they made sure we didn't have any leaks and returned promptly in the morning to finish the job. The gutters were done the day after the roof was completed.When the project was done, ***** made sure his crew properly cleaned up our property, as well as our neighbors' properties, to make sure old shingles, roofing nails, and other materials were completely cleaned up. We highly recommend T-Roof Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. This is our second time using this company and will continue to call them when we have a roofing need. ******************************** with T-Rock Roofing is AMAZING!***** I am a *********** Broker and have been in the business full time for 26+ years. I've never run across a more Professional Contractor than ******* and his Crews. He is Responsive, Honest and has Incredible Work Ethic. He Pays Great Attention to Detail and Communicated directly with our Insurance Adjuster to be sure myself and my clients were Represented. He has always met the Adjusters on site, showed them the damage and even supplies them with a hail storm report for the area. I've seen many insurance companies state they won't pay for a hail damaged roof due to the age out the roof, but ******* works hard to justify the damage and furnishes everyone with lots of pictures. T-Rock's Crews are Employees and they don't sub contract out their jobs! This Company has done roof replacement for me personally and dozens of my clients. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!Review from Aron T

Quick response, completed emergency repairs same day. *********************** was here from beginning to end of the process. Complete roof, gutter replacement, window repairs, along with power washing and re-stain of fence and pergola. Everything they touched looks brand new and matches what the house looked like prior to the hail damage. If you have damage to your home, trust professionals like those with T-Rock with your biggest investment.Review from Randy W

I recently had a roofing inspection for a prospective home purchase conducted by ***** at T Rock Roofing, and I'm delighted with his excellent service. He came out the very next morning after I requested the inspection. This quick response time was impressive and appreciated. I am beyond frustrated with the whole roof replacement result, with **Rock Roofing.I persistently requested that we stay with the same class of shingle as we discussed roof estimates. Before I signed on with them, I showed the **Rock owner the invoice from the last roof replacement, being Atlas Class 4, 30-year shingles. **Rock repeatedly tried to assure me the shingles they offered were the same kind but different manufacturer. Here is the **Rock email reply to one of my many requests for the same class and quality of shingle: As to the color and shingles, this is a quote for going back with your current shingles. We can provide some color options of the same grade shingles you currently have.? They knew my existing shingles were 30 YEAR Class 4 ? They committed to replacing my roof with the same grade of shingle.? When I saw 10-YEAR shingles printed on the shingle wrappers in our driveway, **Rock sent me data to suggest their shingle was a mostly 30 year shingle.It was only when insurance requested the ************** Roof Installation statement, that they finally had to acknowledge they installed 10 YEAR Class 3 shingles instead of the 30 YEAR shingles promised and committed toNow, our home insurance premium cost has increased, because we stepped down from 30 YEAR shingles to 10 YEAR shingles for our roof.I double checked with insurance and the adjuster. Yes, the claim is written and approved for 30 YEAR shingles to be installed. And the adjuster noted that he told **Rock this in person at my home while they were both there**Rock called me to discuss my concern. The conversation quickly sank to lots of denials and finger pointing.Not a good experience.Not one I would recommend.

**** *** do not have a 10 year shingle. They dont make a 10 year shingle. We installed a 30 year/lifetime shingle exactly as you had and chose. we are only allowed to go back with the same roof shingles as you had before the storm and were specificitied by your insurance company. We verified you were happy with the roof and the shingles the day of the install. We would be glad to have an expert of your choice meet with us a a verify your roof is exactly what was specified by insurance. When can we meet your expert?Review from Marie W

In May 2023, we had a major hailstorm roll through ***, and my house got hit hard. I called ***** with T Rock Roofing and Construction, he was out at my house the next day and helped me every step of the way! ***** is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things construction and insurance. T-Rock helped us when we needed them the most. We had a pipe burst and they immediately showed up and fix the pipe so we could have running water again. They coordinated everything with our insurance and with the contractors and got us all up and running in a letter of days. Theyre the best and we surely recommend them!
