  Paid lonestar mobile home releveling in ******* ***** to relevel my home in November of 2022 and havent seen them since we paid them ******* they also met us at lowes and we purchased another $1400 in materials in which they unloaded on my front lawn and said they would be back the following Monday , they have scheduled ******************************************************** which everytime Ive taken the day off work just to have them no call no show, the materials purchased by us that they unloaded onto my front lawn are now warped and rotting from the rains, the damage to my home is twice as bad now with the walls crumbling down , raining inside my house and walls black mold growing inside my walls walls crumbling, not to mention the things the rains have destroyed now needing a new roof from the house separating and a maggot infestation from the maggots breeding inside the walls in the rotted wood and insulation not to mention all winter w no heat and all summer w no ac in these temps. Today was the last straw this man chooses the day and time hes gonna show up and I take off work this is the 12th day Ive sat here messing w my income and hes a no call no show again Ive called and messaged him multiple times w no reply .. hes a thief and a liar and a fraud and has stolen ******* from us and never did a min of work and the damage and conditions were living in us so much worse because of these people not to mention all the warped destroyed materials and he just continues to make appointments and not show up or even bother to call

  Lonestar did come out and spent maybe 30 mins and raised only one corner of our home which is not the proper way to level a home and then left and said they would be back on the 18th of july(today) and once again they were a no call no show and refuse to reply or answer our calls or text messages remember that these are the appts they are making and never show up if call its been about two dozens times this has happened thus far so I missed another day of work waiting for them to show up today to no avail not to mention by raising only one corner of the house they caused even more damage and more leaks to the home .. when a home is leveled you raise all ends at the same time you dont just raise one corner adding damage and stress to the rest of the house not to mention when it rained we had about 10 new leaks that caused more damage not to mention where the separation  is the inside of walls where all electrical is and causing a fire hazard not to mention we cant use the ac in these triple digit heat spells this is ridiculous and something needs to be done immediately and we cant pay another company because he has our money if you people arent going to do something Ill go to the police because it doesnt seem like a **** person cares about this sort of thing Id like you all to have to live in the conditions we have to live in because of these people!!! Then maybe youd do something to help!!!
