Imperial Roofing was referred to us. The owner of the company came by and met with our insurance adjuster. Once the adjuster sent the information we scheduled Imperial to start the work. The owner kept us up to date on the process and arrived on the day they said. The crew was very well mannered, efficient, and completed the job that day. The owner came by quite often to check on the work and made sure that our property was clean and did a complete walk around with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. Once we were satisfied I contacted my adjuster and the job was paid by the insurance less our deductible. We were given a complete write up and warranty as well. The owner came back a week later just as a follow up which I found to be very professional. I would very much recommend Imperial Roofing.
