I took my GL1800 in for its usual oil change and complained about 2 stuck switches. Just so happens these switches were working fine before they replaced my front fork seals back in July. Well - theyve had my bike 10 days and can not get my bike back. Also - their service **** will not answer the phone nor return messages.

I sent my vehicle in for a repair. It's been four months now. Every Three weeks they say it's done. When I get my vehicle, it's not done. Either they put old parts on my vehicle or taken parts off my vehicle that had nothing to do with my vehicle in the first place. My insurance paid them 3k to fix my vehicle. They keep giving me the run around and trying to give me a broken vehicle.

As of 8/26/2024, The company has not provided a title, regestration, or plates for a motorcycle purchased on 3/19/24 for $21,000. Under Texas law, specifically the Texas Transportation Code, Section ********, a dealer is required to process the title paperwork and submit the application for title to the county tax assessor-collector's office within 30 days of the date of sale. This requirement is mandatory and is designed to protect consumers by ensuring they can register and legally operate their newly purchased vehicles without delay. Temporary tags have expired and the vehicle is currently unable to legally operate on public roads

I submitted a warranty cancellation form to *************************** via email May 16, 2023. She submitted the form and told me the process takes 4-6 weeks to process. On September 27, 2023, I followed up with *****. She said there was a miscommunication which was her fault and they are waiting on documents to finish the processing of the cancellation. My father and I went to Ride Now Powersports in Canton, ** to look at purchasing a 2024 Polaris Ranger EPS. It was listed on the website for $12,6xx. It was advertised as $3,000 off retail. We get there to look at it and start doing paperwork and they come back with a final price of $19,***. We have a gate card for a farm which makes it tax exempt and they had taxes included in the price. They tried to tell us the Ranger had extra parts on that they had to charge for. The only extra parts were a roof and a front and rear windshield. Those parts do not add up to $7,000 worth of charges. You can not advertise a product with the parts already on it for a specified price online and then say they have to charge for it once you get there. Very unprofessional and false advertising. Dealer fees are something that are expected but charging for add ons are wrong when the price is already listed online. The listed price should be the unit that is listed online with the additives already on it. Having a unit listed online for a specified price with the additives on it and in the pictures already should be honored by the online price. We drive 129 miles and 2 and a half hours from home to look at this machine and they tried to rip us off. I am speechless at how they tried to do business. Never again.

A few months ago, I stopped by the business in question based on pricing on their website. I saw a *** I was interested in at a good price. The *** was located in the establishment and had the same price snickered on the unit. I inquired with a salesman and was ready to purchase the ***. Like car salesmen, he went to an elevated desk area and spoke to someone. He came back with a price $5000 more than the sticker. I said "no way!" He said the price did not include the "accessories," like the wheels and tires. I asked why this exact unit (same stock number) was pictured on the internet with a buy it now price $5000 cheaper. He would not answer. I wrote a review on ****** and decided to avoid that company when buying my next ***. I do not believe "bait and switch" should be allowed. If you picture a particular vehicle with added parts, the price of that build should be advertised. Ride Now contacted me through ****** and asked me to stop back by and speak to the general manager. They were sorry for the confusion and wanted a second chance. I ignored the request.I ignored the request until 3 months later I saw the same unit (same stock number) for $7000 less than the price that got me in the door the first time. I decided to give them a second chance. I stopped by and told the salesman I was the gentleman that wrote the negative review. He got the manager for me. The guy was pleasant, but again said they could not do the price advertised. Now, to add insult to injury, the unit has a placard in it saying that the unit is now priced at a cost $3000 less than the sticker on the unit (which is $5000 less than what they told me it cost). The manager said he was going to do everything he could to get the accessories reduced and get me a good deal. Two days later they came back with the same price as before. They would not even honor the discount discount on the placard.
