  Asphalt Experts completed a ********** seal pavement for our house that cost us $28,000 back on March 1. Since then, everytime it rains, there is one area in our driveway where the gravel shifts downward significantly and also creates giant potholes. We tried to fix it ourselves by renting a roller and making it more compact, but same problem keeps occuring with rain. We have tried to get in contact via phone, text. email, website form, ****** chat, and fb for the past 2 weeks. Noone is calling us back. I do see they are active on social media just 2 days ago.

  We completed a tar and chip seal driveway for them we also brought in several loads of base for the top as Agreed-upon after grading and applying base we did explain that the lower portion of the driveway

  needed a couple loads of base after cutting into it  they then stated that was not in their budget and just do the best they can with it So we completed the job The small area that they are talking about on the lower lane we went out and checked out end it was just as expected but worse because they took it upon their self to rent some type of roller that was not a Asphalt chip seal roller Wh which they made it worse by causing more damage to that area which is not covered under warranty due to tampering with

  I am rejecting this response because:

  This is a blatant lie. At no point were we given the option or any type of explanation about the lower portion of the driveway possibly having this problem. If they had, we would have gladly asked them to do what it takes to ensure the pavement came out properly. We rented our own roller because no one returned our calls. Email, voice mails, texts, fb messages, ****** messages, messages through their website - were all ignored. I even briefly chatted with someone on their fb page who said they would pass on my message to their superior - and no return contact again. They wouldn't even know if the pavement has worse damage - they've never made another trip to my house since the initial completion of the project. I have screenshots of all the messages I sent trying to get in contact with someone - this response on here is the first response back and it's a complete lie on their part. 

  After submitting this complaint, I investigated the company further and have found that majority of the reviews on their ****** and ******** page are fake. Multiple identical reviews on both platforms, but under different names. If you check the profiles of the reviewers on ********, they are not even in the **.  When I commented on those reviews with the screen shots of the identical ones on their ****** page, I was blocked. 

  At this point, I do not wish to have any further work done by this shady company, I just want to warn others about them. I blindly trusted all the fake reviews on ****** and went with this company and I don't want others to do the same.

  No that is a **** lie I personally explained it to his daughter because the father could not speak English so we went over it several times and they clearly understood and yes we did show back up and it was smashed in with some kind of heavy roller that is not four chip seal asphalt that made the matter worse and no she got blocked because she is slandering my company with false accusations making up lies about my company we have been around for over 35 years support in the local community with out any problems she is slandering our company And we had our marketing team look into her she has also slandered many of other companies we bent over backwards for them on that job and completed extra work that we did not charge for bottom line is that small area need it another truckload of base which they did not want then they took it upon their self to crush it with a roller that was not meant for chips seal

  Feel free to look up - *****************, my daughter. We have been writing these messages together and she has a public ****** profile (Local Guide Level 7) - All reviews are public and you will see there is no slandering of any companies, but tons of honest reviews. It's been my daughter, who on my behalf, has attempted to reach out to you for resolution. You're so quick to defend yourself on here, but I still have no record of you guys reaching out to me or my daughter prior to this. You keep talking like you saw some kind of damage, as in you actually came by the house - but you or any representative of your company has set foot on our property since the completion of the project. Unlike your ******** and ****** page, which are loaded with fake info, I have facts and evidence. You have false claims. Your 35 year old company shows a SOS registration date of 06/17/2021- Your fake reviews are also go back no longer than 10 months ago - you will also notice most of them are on the same day (red flag alert) If BBB will allow, I will gladly post the screen shots of the fake reviews on here. I will attach 3 screenshots of responses I left on your ******** page showing the same exact reviews on your ********, written under a completely different name on ******. Your response was to block me on your ******** page. Please just stop with your lies already.

  Asphalt Experts installed chip seal driveway 10-25-21 at our home in ********** ** for $7500. When we called to get a quote we asked for Asphalt, but *******, the owner, recommended chip seal because they had extra tar from another job. We asked if chip seal would prevent any weed growth and ******* of Asphalt Experts assured us that weeds would not grow through the ********** seal and that it would be "maintenance free". Within a month we noticed weeds growing through the driveway. When we spoke with ******* before Christmas, he said he would come out after the holidays to resolve this.We have called and left messages 4 times in the past 3 months with no response. We've emailed requesting corrective action and sent pictures, again, no response. Our expectation is to have a driveway that no weeds can grow in as we were told this would be. At this time the weed growth in the driveway is excessive, pictures attached. Also, there is tar overspray on our shop building we've requested they clean, also shown in the attached pictures.

  Asphalt Experts received a call from ************** wanted a quote for asphalt she spoke with ************************* we gave her her A quote to grade base and asphalt driveway she said that was out of her budget but she needed something done is there any alternative - cheaper way ****** then explain to her that there is chip seal and he proceeded to give her a quote to grade base and chip seal which we then agreed to do. right from the finish she was not happy phone call after phone call we went out and looked at it. it is exactly what chip seal is and not one time did anybody say that chip seal stops the growth of vegetation we do apply weed killer but you have to continue to apply weed killer if weeds come up as explained in our signed contract and explains that we are not responsible for no vegetation growth. Bottom line is she wanted Hot Mix and Asphalt for the price of chips seal which does not exist Hot Mix asphalt is triple the price as explained we done everything as explained in our sign  contract
