            ***************************** with ******** chip seal came to my location in ***** after I responded to a ******** ad that they have placed in the area they came measured and then gave me an estimate of $16,000. I told him that I wasnt interested so he insisted and said that since they were in the area, they had some extra material that they would do it for $11,000 and assured me that he would pack up hard as it would with processed asphalt, which is really what I was looking for and that there wouldnt be any dust since it would pack up hard well that all was a lie. It did not pack up and every time you drive through you get a cloud of dust behind you , I contacted him and told him that there was issues since he was still under a five-year warranty. They assured me that they would come out as soon as they finish the job well that went on for a month and a half and you kept getting worst to the point that theyre not doing nothing , so their warranty is not worth the papers is written on

            They performed most of a job resurfacing our parking area in November of 2021 and promised to return one month later to complete. I have been contacting them every two weeks via phone, text and ******** messenger and get nothing but excuses and lies. Not only have they not returned to complete the job, but the job they did was substandard and weeds have already grown through. Additionally, because they did not complete the job, I cannot stripe and have been threatened with fine by the city.
