    On Jan 4, 2025, I experienced an issue with my vehicles battery, initially assumed to be dead. After a jump start, I visited Batteries Plus to inquire about the warranty replacement for a platinum battery purchased in April 2022. I called at 9:39 AM to confirm warranty terms, costs, and availability and spoke with an employee, ******, who assured me replacement and installation would not be an issue.I arrived at the store around 10:00 AM, and ****** began working on my vehicle. During his attempt to disconnect the battery for testing, I observed and heard a wrench strike my vehicles fender, visibly chipping the paint. My children, husband (on the phone), and I witnessed this incident. Despite offering to assist, ****** insisted he could handle it but continued to struggle.When I expressed concerns and asked to speak with a manager, ****** ceased working on my vehicle, refused further service, and stated he would not help me. He also denied me the opportunity to speak directly with the manager, citing unavailability until Monday. Despite holding a valid power of attorney for my husband, who purchased the battery but is currently deployed, ****** refused to assist, leaving me stranded with two minor children.I contacted the local police department, who documented my statement and assisted in restarting my vehicle. Ultimately, my neighbor purchased a replacement battery on my behalf. I possess voice-recorded evidence substantiating my claims, including the damage to my vehicle. To resolve this matter amicably, I request reimbursement for the replacement battery. If unresolved, I will seek compensation for vehicle repairs, battery costs, time, and legal expenses.I trust Batteries Plus will take responsibility for its representatives actions and look forward to a prompt resolution.

    I dropped off my device June 7th to get repaired for a screen repair they advised only a week to ship back to store to receive repaired, it took longer than advised and never was received at their warehouse for repair it has been months and my device was never found I had to finance thIs device through my phone carrier at the time which was $600 in total fast forward from JUNE when I dropped off my device I finally went to the store in JULY they told me they didnt know where it was and was working with the corporate office To resolve this. during this whole time til now I was NEVER contacted directly about my device that is now LOST/STOLEN i was told to call corporate to expedite the issue which they did not do so until SEPTEMBER that 3 months after it was confirmed lost. It is now almost December month 5 being told Im being refunded less than what I paid out of my pocket for my device and less than the actual cost of replacing and I am STILL having to call and reach out to the store manager to get my check issued for $225 I will NEVER. Be a customer here again . Tracking number entered below

    On 18 September 2023, we purchased a battery from this place, but we found it cheaper at Autozone. On 23 September 2023, we returned the battery but they would not refund our money, $243.30. They stated they couldn't refund the money back to my card and were unable to refund cash, but stated they would provide a check and that we could pick the check up when management had it ready. Well, they took the battery back, but I never heard back from them and every time I attempted to follow up and contact them, the manager would not speak with us. They refuse to provide any contact information for management. I highly recommend avoiding this store because they are basically robbing people by denying what's owed to them. SKETCHY!
