On Feb. 19, I paid my deductable. My claim was for hail damage on 4 structures. The house and garage roofs were replaced soon afterward. A representative of Storm Guard came by on March 8 and collected the remainder due which amounted to $18417.16 in total. I paid Storm Guard for 4 damaged roofs but have only had 2 repaired. I've texted their customer representative several times but have gotten only one response. I feel like I've been scammed

    Better Business Bureau:

My problem with Storm Guard has been resolved. It took from early March to late August for them to finish the job. They put the new roof on my house soon after they took on the job, the problem was that there were two other structures that needed repairing. Those were just finished a few weeks ago. I would say that the work they did was fine but there was some sort of mix up preventing the job being finished in a timely manner.

    Regards,

I signed a contract with *********************** in October of 2021 for roof and gutter replacement after a storm. ***** came and picked up my check from State Farm. I have not had any further communication. I have texted her. I have called her. I have emailed her. No response. Seems she took the State Farm check to start the job and will not respond. I would like the money returned to move on with another company as I still have the storm damage and need the repairs completed.
