One of their reps contacted us about purchasing one of our machine. After we agreed on the price and payment method, they came back with you must put the machine securely on a skid for pick-up. We are not a shipping company but we did what they asked for and sent pictures for them. They changed the method of payment on us also but we said OK and set up an account with the company they wanted to use.Then when setting up the shipping arrangement we were told that they would not give us the amount that we agreed upon (actually only one half of the amount). And we are NOT OK with this. The company will not honor the deal we made with their rep and they have stopped all commutation with us. We have a lot of time and material in this transaction.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! AND IT REPS!

We originally offered a cash amount for the said machine, which was declined. We then offered a counter consignment offer which was over double what our cash offer was. Customer selected the consignment amount. We are more than happy to continue with the purchase either cash or consignment but, the values offered with be the same. We unfortunately are not able to offer cash values for our consignment offer amounts.Review from Amber S

I am giving our tech, *****, a five star review. He was informative, patient, courteous, and was able to teach two beginners how to easily run our new machine. He has also responded to questions that have come up after our training. If you need a trainer/tech I would highly recommend asking for him.The Embroidery Warehouse as a business does have some downfalls. There was a lack of communication as soon as our payment was sent thru. Unreturned phone calls, misinformation, etc. We did buy a new machine and it has run well and they do have great prices. I have ordered some supplies from them and sent over images for digitizing (that was included in our package) and we are at two weeks with no response.Review from Joy C

Long drawn-out story, but essentially, we purchased a used 15 needle machine January 30, 2023. It came with a one-year warranty. It does not work. Since then, I have been unable to get anyone to return calls for weeks if not months at a time. Eventually made the 6+ hour trip to ********** to get some answers on repairs. After returning home with no resolution, had to threaten legal action to get the warranty repairs completed 6 months later. Within three weeks the machine is not functioning again. Several messages without a return call later, looks like we are going to repeat the previous process. I have expressed wanting to return the machine for a refund and was told no. I have at this point retained a lawyer. Do not purchase a warrantied machine from these guys and expect them to honor it. My company has purchased two SWF 15 needle machines from them and both are not working. I have purchased three different SWF from independent sellers and those three are workhorses.Review from Jan M

They were amazing. They booked us fairly quickly, Their technician (****) was super knowledgeable and very hands on. Fixed everything I asked very quickly and was quick to teach me anything that I inquired about! highly recommend over any other company!!The Embroidery Warehouse, Inc. Response
