            We made the purchase of a Summit RT- DTG PRINTER (with all of its accessories, solutions and inks), also a hydraullic press and a Pretreartment machine, on March 4th, 2022 for the total amount of $21,420.99. The printer arrived to *********** (***************) on April 29 2022. Our first training started on May 11 and the printer did not work. They instructed that a few spare parts needed to be sent. We started the training again June8, and something else went wrong with the printer, so new pieces were sent again. And as of today the printer has never worked, despite the technical area has given us technical support. The commercial area has stated that this is being treated as a warranty. Warranty is the promise to repair or replace an article if necessary within a specified period of time. If the printer has never been used, why should we treat is as a warranty? If the printer was used by us and because of the wear and tear some parts were defective, or needed to be replaced, then I would agree for the company to treat it as warranty. But it has never worked. We need the printer either to be replaced with a new printer of equal conditions or receive a full refund of the entire purchase. We will be willing to send back everything under our cost, if the supplier refunds us completely.
