On May 26, 2024. I sought employment through Cornerstone Staffing Agency, I was asked to complete an assessment; in which I did. I was then asked to complete W4 documents as well as electronically uploading my banking information. I thought all of this was odd given that I was not employed with the company, However I obliged. ******** a staffing agent told me that they will not be moving forward with my candidacy. I asked if my banking information could be destroyed and I was told no. My personal information will be kept on file. I do not feel safe with my information being with a company that I have no relationship whatsoever. The refusal to remove my personal information from their system is unethical.

Thank you for reaching out via US mail.   First, I would like to apologize for the delay in response.   *** letter was initially sent to a previous address.  *** post office forwarded it to our new location and I received it on June 20, 2024.  Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay.   Secondly, is there something I need to do to update our file with the accurate information?

Regarding the complaint regarding ******************************* (ID: *********, I can confirm that *************************** applied for a job with CornerStone, and her information is in our system.   We have deleted her direct deposit information and deactivated her contact information to ensure she will not be contacted in the future.  However, I am unable to remove her application from our applicant tracking system.

We initially intended to proceed with Ms. ******* candidacy.  However, on June 6, 2024, her recruiter was informed of a discrepancy regarding one of her references. During the verification process, it was discovered that the same IP address was used to provide both the reference contact information by *************** and to complete reference itself.

We have the notice documenting this finding.  Given the fraudulent nature of the reference, we decided to remove **************** from consideration of employment.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if there is anything additional that I need to do.

    Thank you,

    ************************* | Vice President of Operations | CornerStone Staffing | ***************** | ****************************** | www.CornerStoneStaffing.com

I am rejecting this response because:

    Regards,

    ***************************,

I will like an email from corner stone stating that my information was removed from their system. This is to protect my interest and theirs.
