If only I'd seen these reviews and not gone on a personal reference. They stole thousands of dollars from a nonprofit organization that helps single mothers and their children get back on their feet after hard situations. There were dealers and decor that never arrived so the start time of event had to be delayed. I urge others to report them to Texas Attorney General to help stop them from continually stealing from charitable organizations.

Do not use this company. They scratched my hardwood floors during a casino party and refused to pay damages!! Beware!!

I hired Elite Casino Events for our company Christmas party. This company failed to provide dealer for our event. The only reason we paid hundreds of dollars was so EVERY employee we had would enjoy the event and not be hosting or working. We were told dealer could not make it had a car accident were never given anything to play with let alone told we could use table. We have vie do recorded proof table was unused all night. We reached out spoke to **** who insisted owner was in ICU from almost being killed by her spouse and that the company was being sabotaged by said spouse for dealers or equipment not to show up. I informed that was none of our business and we needed our money back for services not rendered. As of today I have had to dispute with the bank for services not rendered have all proof of conversations dates times phone call attempts and event photos and recordings. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They are out to lie and scheme to keep your money. We work really hard for them to do this to our company and **** should be FIRED!!!!! She refuses to give us owners information. I thought this was going to be special because online they look so great but guess that was from other branches not *** branch. BBB please shut them down.

Hired Elite Casinos for our office holiday party this past weekend. Ordered 10 gaming tables (craps, roulette, *******************, and poker) plus 10 tall-top tables. We never received the tall-top tables. They were over 2 hours late delivering everything and never even called to let us know they were going to be late - only way we found out an ETA was a dealer that showed up early and texted the driver. Because of how late they were, we only had 2 hours of play time when we paid for 3. Our MANY calls on the day of our event trying to figure out where they were are still unanswered. Our MANY more calls and emails since the event requesting a refund have also gone unanswered. Theres been no apology or even acknowledgement which is absolutely INSANE.

This company can not be trusted to add anything special to your party. We reserved poker and blackjack tables and slot machines. We received two poker tables and were told nothing else was available and even if the slot machines were available, we were told they were "junk"! We were asked to set up our own tables and buy our own cards as they didn't have any! We were told three dealers would show up, and they never did! We attempted to call, but no one would answer or try to resolve any of the problems. We were also told that they would not be available to pick up their tables until the following day, so we were told to leave then outside of the venue. This was one of the worst experiences we have had for our office Christmas party, and we would recommend no one use this company, as it is surely failing and not to be trusted! We are asking for a full refund. We would give this company a negative 5 star rating!

WORST experience ever!!! I would have left zero stars for the rating, but it wouldn't allow me to. We used Elite Casino for our annual company Christmas party. First we had to jump through hoops to get the tables delivered early because they reported that they were down a truck due to mechanical problems. Once we worked through that issue, they delivered the equipment to the wrong facility and we had to jump through more hoops to get them delivered to the where we were hosting our party. On the night of our party, two of the three dealers showed up and we were unable to use one of the tables we paid for due to lack of no one to work the table. When the party concluded, the dealers left and left their tables behind as well. When we tried calling, there was no one reachable to take our calls. Here it is a week later, the tables are still at the facility we hosted our party at (in the owner's way) as they are committed to other customers who are renting their facility. I make phone calls and emails on a daily basis and no one will answer or return my calls or emails and are just ignoring my inquires about getting a refund. The only person I can get ahold of is *****, who only starts her shift after 5:00pm. She tells me she will contact ****** who will be in touch with me about refunding us for the table we didn't get to use, still haven't heard from her. ****** who is a supposed manager is the rudest person and is a disgrace to any company's customer service. I would not want someone of her character working in that position as she talks terribly to her customers. All i am asking for is the tables to be picked up so they are out of the way of the owner's of the facility and for my $425.00 that is rightfully owed to me since the table went unused due to the fact that their dealer didn't show up to work the table that I paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrible ************** ********** totally failed!!!!!We used Elite Casino for our annual firefighters awards banquet in October and It was a very horrible experience. I was hoping this issue would be resolved by now but clearly elite casinos has no plans on provided a full refund which was requested.First of all the set up was extremely late, and only one person showed up to set up (7 gaming tables). No chairs were brought for the table game as well, which were included. The gentleman who arrived to set up was frustrated with Elite because he had no help and he couldn't get an answer as to where his help was. We had to have our guest step in and assist with setting up the tables because our event had already begun. Also we where short one gaming table.The roulette table was missing the wheel and the blackjack tables had no cards.Two dealers showed up and one abruptly left due to a disagreement with the other dealer as we were about to start the casino games which left us with one dealer for 6 tables 150 guest. After calling Elite Casino multiple times, another dealer arrived without cards or the missing parts for the other tables. Our fire chief had to literally leave the event to go to the store to get cards and a guest stepped in and began dealing at one of the blackjack tables.The real problem began when it became impossible to speak with anyone in management at elite casinos. We called repeatedly over the course of two weeks only to speak with and answer service. I finally received a call back from the manager and I stated I would have to call her back in two minutes so that I can get to a quiet place to talk. I called her back several times to no avail.********** emailed and offered to host an event free of charge for our fire department. We declined because the service was so horrible and the fact of how impossible it was to have a conversation with management. We have repeatedly asked for a full refund and have not heard from them since October.

I am very unhappy with Elite Casino ****** call me to work as a Blackjack dealer and I did show up on time and I did my job. I work Event on June 17, 2023, as of today July 12,2023 I still can't get paid. I have call and ****** she answers once and said she will pay me, but now I feel as if she has my phone blocked, I can't get ahold of anyone. SO PLEASE DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT PAY!!!!!!!!!

I hired Elite Casino for my son's high school graduation party. This was such a blast! We had craps, *******************, poker and a photo booth. The dealers were great - helped the kids learn the game and even handed out a bit more funny money when they were out. Everything was professional and easy. Highly recommend doing your party with Elite.

Had the best party ever thanks to the Elite team! Dealers were knowledgeable, party went smoothly, office staff was super helpful. Thank you Elite for making my birthday the best party ever!
