  A blue 2023 freightliner cascadia semi-truck owned by me was parked in the parking lot behind At Home in the **********************, ********** on the evening of September 26. Upon return the following morning September 27 to retrieve the tractor and ***************** trailer attached I noticed the spot was empty. I assumed that it was towed. I made contact with 4AM Towing and Recovery based on signage. I was told that they have the vehicle in their possession and I should come to ******************************************************************** should be noted that its a small facility with limited space to properly park a semi-truck and trailer. we were met by an employee identified as ****. I advised that the blue semi truck and trailer belonged to me. He said the manager was on the way. I noticed and pointed out to **** and the tow truck driver who came afterwards that the airbags were flat and that shouldnt happen because the truck is brand new and doesnt have any air leaks. **** responded that hes a mechanic and that is normal, it doesnt matter if the truck is new or not. I said that it must have been improper towing why that happened. I asked questions as to how the truck was towed and they both provided insufficient responses. the mud flap on the passenger side was also damaged. When the manager, identified as ***** arrived, I stated the issues I observed He reluctantly advised that he would consider compensation for the mud flap. To date he has not done so. He suggested that I start the truck to see if the air would build back up to which I obliged. I paid the required fees and he advised that we had until 2pm sept. 28 to retrieve the truck. I went about noon to check on the air issue again and the airbags were again flat. I advised **** and he began to behave boisterously. I left the premises and shortly after ***** called advising to move my truck now or he would call the police or impound it. I complied. They havent responded to emails and calls re the issues to date.
