If I could leave a zero I would. Again the streaming has stopped. Have attempted numerous times to contact the owner. His son advised me in Oct that the owner passed away and he was taking over. The thing is he didn't know anything about it. He offered to send another box. I said only if he was going to install it. That's when he advised that he knew very little about the business. I have attempted to contact him via phone and voice mail. I am unable leave a voice message because message box is full so I couldn't leave a message. I have not received any response to my texts.I just want out if my contact which expires in Feb/March So I can get another serviceReview from Robert W

No stars deserved. I was told on 6-28-23 I would get my refund back within a week. Of course that never happened. This man is a fraud and should be ashamed of himself. We have filed a complaint on here, but it is now been closed because they can't get him to do the right thing and that is to return our money for a product we never received. We have also turned him over to the attorney generals office...they too are doing nothing. That is why he keeps doing this to people because he knows he can get away with it. Would love to run into him at another trade show. He seems to always have an excuse as to why he hasn't returned my money. Bottom line they are frauds and stealing peoples money. We are now in the process of filing a law suit against him just because of principle alone. He needs to be shut down.XM Wired TV LLC Response

Beware of these guys, they set up shop at Home Shows and get you to buy a product that at first seems like a good value but ends up being poorly made and not guaranteed to work if it does at all. Customer support is lacking and follow-up is virtually non-existent. Then if you want to return the item, they will try to charge an 18% restocking fee which is against the law if an item is defective. If you want to take a chance then you better use a credit card with strong consumer protections built in.Review from Arnold V

Doesnt deserve any stars. We met him at RV show in ****** in September, was told he was out of boxes at the show, would mail one to me, I would have it in 4 days, needless to say, weeks and months have gone by, now December, promises and lies about getting service and still nothing!! I have asked several times for my money back and now gone silent! Avoid this guy at all costs!XM Wired TV LLC Response

****, in all fairness, you left out the part that you would like to have the service installed directly onto your ** set according to the text I am looking at on my phone dated November 8, 2022. You even sent picture showing you had the **** Smarters app loaded on your ** and was ready for a username and password so you could log in. Unfortunately, it took the **** company almost 2 weeks to get my panel up and in place so I could generate the needed codes which I thought you were aware of. I texted you your username and password on November 21st. It shows that we also gave you service for 2 **'s instead of just one ** which is all the ** box you bought would support, and at no added charges. Unfortunately, the **** company had some problems with their server and lost service for a couple of days, as you mentioned in your text to me on Nov 30th. To prevent this from happening again to my customers, I signed up and paid for a "Trial Account" with another provider so I could see how the service was before buying it long term. All I could do was give ************* to my customers until the trial period ended (1 week), as I explained to you that I was giving you a new username and password, to be used for your FREE permanent account. I am sorry things took longer than expected but I had to wait on the **** company to get their act together which I too did not like waiting. Had the first company not had the server problems which included a major update to the system and new Panels (my panel was wiped clean and have to re-enter all the customers settings), we wouldn't be having this conversation on the BBB. I lost over 400 months of customer service which I had already paid a lot of money for and having to pay for it a second time as I replace it. The company did say they will work out something with me at a later date, whatever that means. Anyway, I guess I just did not communicate enough with you as needed for you to be so angry with me. For that I do apologize. I am getting with all customers that lost service during that time and correcting it as neededCustomer Response

Here it is Dec 23, 2023. Three months since "buying" his TV service, I received a trial version to a service for ONE week, which I could have done myself. I am still out $442.89. This is ridiculous!! I have asked several times for a full refund, and no responses. This should be a warning to anybody thinking about buying his product, Do Not Do It!!. Apparently, atleast 1 star is required, otherwise it would be none, as we have nothing to base our review on based on empty promises from *************************** Our box was ordered and pd for on 09/05/22. We were promised it would be shipped to us ( to AK ) in a week. It's now 10/20/22 and still no box and no contact from ****. He is unavailable and there are no corporate headquarters to contact in the US. Needless to say, I do believe we got scammed and are just out the money.Review from Diane A

Have searched high and low for a quality streaming system. At the Pomona Fair Grounds, Home Show, not only did I get a quality system but much more! Needing help with set up, the owner gave me one he had ready to go. Simple hook up. So many channels to choose from! Channels I could never afford with cable company. The system pays for itself within a month or so. That day I cut the cable cord and have been happy ever since. The owner personally called me to make sure I was able to set up the system and it worked properly. You can't get that kind of customer service any more. Nice that I can take with me and use in rv instead of a separate account costing me even more money. If you're looking for a streaming system that is reliable, portable and pays for itself, please try XM Wired TV.I have and have recommended to family and friends.Review from Richard S

First off I have purchased a few different boxes from XM WIRED which is really just ***********************. He claims to have staff but he does not.I have no idea who these people in the reviews are or who We live in community here in ******* and we purchased a box and at first it seemed ok. So we talked everyone in our community into getting one. We have all gone on to purchase from another company because this man sold us is so hard to use and lacks so much content. Besides that this unit he sells can be found on Amazon for half of what he sells it for. Or just contact the manufacturer as Delanny does nothing to the box to add to it. NO SUPPORT his ******** page he use to have was full of complaints and demands to refund and return the units. Probably why he shut it down. I saw him at a show last year yell at a man for wanting to return the box. I will never ever purchase from this man again. He told me at the trade show get "Every movie ever made and every tv show ever made" That's such a far cry from reality. This box has only new series and even then it is missing some. So many series only have the last couple of seasons. Not much in the way of movies even from 10 years ago. They have recently started adding more but still far far from the pitch of every movie ever made. His customer service skills are seriously lacking. The box has no voice commands (everything is voice controlled these days) its clunky and hard to navigate as some things require a mouse curser other places won't work with it and so you are constantly switching back and forth.XM Wired TV LLC Response

*******, your comments are many and mostly redundant but deserve a response. 1) # of employees I have is 3, plus many Resellers all over the nation. 2) all of the reviews on here are from current customers and verified by BBB. 3) lack of content?? In live TV section we have **** working channels. In the *** (videos on demand 24/7) we have ***** movies and **** TV Series (every season and all episodes, if missing a season or episode, it can be added if reported). All TV series are current and can be seen prior to air time in all regions. 4) Buy on Amazon for 1/2 the price?? What you see on Amazon are like boxes without much of the content or our software. 5) No support?? As you can see from all the reviews, we have excellent support and respond to all calls. 6) ************* Our ******** is there with over 1.2K members. You were removed from ******** on Feb. 22, 2012 by my son for being RUDE and making unnecessary comments after being warned numerous times. That is probably why you posted this review which is cognate or analogous of your nature. 7) Every movie made?? I used to have CinemaHD loaded on the box which is a search engine that pulls up every movie and show made but took it down since it is illegal. 8) All of our TV shows are current and if there is a show that we do not have, you can request it and it can be added to the ***. 9) No Voice Command?? Our newer boxes came with voice activated remotes and a quirky keyboard. 10) Final Comment for your review. Sounds like the box you have is the M8S which is an older box we came out with 5 years ago. This was a KODI box (lot of Apps that used streams or links to connect), similar to a Firestick. We stopped using that box over 2 years ago and everything we do now is all IPTV which is much easier to use, just click and play. Our customers love it and have ordered many more after ordering the first one because it IS easy and plays great....Now I am sure you will post something else now in rebuttal but it will not be necessary for me to respond. People like you will never be happy unless you get the last word. Thats why you were removed from FB. I have too many customers that love this new box to listen to your waywardness with actions inimical to our interest.Review from Michael S

Love the product and service. I have 4 boxes in my home and have only had an issue with one where apps were not installed. I communicated this with XmWiredTV and they promptly fixed the issue. Now all boxes are up and running like clockwork. Thank you XmWiredTV!XM Wired TV LLC Response
