    this company sent me 20 flashlights to sell in my business. we never agreed to or signed any contract and tried to return their merchandise. they demanded payment and ultimately sent us to collections. we finally were able to speak to a supervisor who finally sent us return labels and assured us they would resolve the problem and apologized. they have not fixed their issue are lying and giving us the run around to simply fix their own mistakes.

    im getting nothing but the run around now last friday i was they were packing up my new halo bolt and if i dont get an email by wedensday morning with a tracking number to call them well i did 3 times this morning first one i asked to speak to a supervisorshe put me on hold for a few mins. then they hung up so i called back spoke to ****** asked for supervisor they all in a meeting she said so i told her why i was calling in she said she checked with shipping dept.and nothing so i hung us called again spoke to **** asked again for a supervisor and none so he checked on it came back and said the one they were so say packing up on friday to ship me ran out of stock so he did a whole new replacement now he said i should get an email by this friday with a tracking number but i still dont believe them i returned the broken item to them just like they told me to they received it last monday.....new case number...     The charging cord isn't able to work. We called halo for the halo 1000wh portable power station to replace the charging cord and they said they don't have the correct one to send. I now have a very expensive paperweight and no solution when the power goes out.

    I had an interview for a job. I never worked for these people and was getting a feel for company procedure and policies this day and they did a teams interview and made me turn on my camera only and two of three managers wouldnt allow me to see their faces on camera jus made me sit there and chat to them why I should work for them and then at the end of the meeting said the manager who requested the interview was out today. (NOT EMPLOYER RELATED IVE NEVER WORKED THERE)

    We purchased a Nebo Davinci **** flashlight. The *** port to charge was not working, so we filed a warranty with ACG on the product. They quickly responded and said that the warranty claim was approved and to return it to them and they would send another one. I responded on the 23rd of October saying that the flashlight cost ***** plus tax to purchase and we expected to receive a product that was in full working order. This was no fault of our own and that we should not have to pay for shipping to return the item, and asked for a shipping label sent to us. We never heard a response, so I contacted them again on the 27th of October and never received a response. Our desired resolution is that they send a return shipping label so that we may return the item free of charge since we already paid to receive a working product, and to send a new replacement that works!All supporting documents were sent to ACG and the warranty was approved.     ************** filed a warranty claim on 10/21/23 for a flashlight he purchased on 12/3/2022.  His flashlight did qualify for our 1 year warranty. 

    On 10/23/23 we sent him an email giving him the instructions to send his light to us for replacement.  We recommend our customers use a service that will give them a tracking number to ensure it gets to us.  Once we receive the light, it takes **** business days for the customer to receive the new one.  

    On 11/28/23 we reached out to ************** via email advising him that we received a call from the BBB requesting the status of his claim.  The email said that we were still waiting for the defective light and would need the tracking number to process the claim.  To this date we have not received anything from ***************

    I am rejecting this response because:
    We did respond to your email, and sent several others as well. We requested a shipping label be sent to us as the shipping fee should not have been at our expense for a defective flashlight! We did not receive a response from our numerous requests for a shipping label. However, we did end up shipping the flashlight back to you although the shipping fee of $15 should not have been our responsibility and we would appreciate if that was reimbursed to us. According to the tracking number, it was delivered to your company on 12/20/23 at 9:43am.

    I purchased a ********** Station from QVC in November 2021. It is for use in a power outage. We have not had any power outages so I have never used the machine. Last week they were selling this item again and it made me think that I should check mine to make sure it is still charged. I took it out and nothing worked. I plugged it in and the flashlight came on but nothing else worked and I could not control the light with the button. I called Halo customer service( apparently a division of ACG Brands) and was told that the item was defective and they would start a case for replacement. I received an email with the information to ship the item back but they are requiring me to pay return shipping. This is a very heavy item and I already spent $1000 when I purchased their defective item. I called them back and again explained all of the above to them and they said that company policy is after 30 days I must pay return shipping. I explained that the item was never used and it was them who admitted it was defective so why should they not send a prepaid shipping label and again they said it was policy. I think the company does not stand behind their equipment and something should be done.Finally I decided to send the item back and pay the postage myself. Sipping cost me over $90. I checked the tracking and they received the item two days later on May 13 at 12:37 pm. Although they had the item I received no information from the company so on 5/23 I sent an email asking what was going on. I received a response saying it was shipping that week. On June 6 I again contacted them and asked what had happened. No response. I called last week and spoke to ********(customer service rep) and was told she would speak to her supervisor for and get back to me she also provided her direct extension. I did not receive a call back. I called the direct number to ******** on 6/13 and left a voicemail to please call me back..I called ******** again today said she would call back
