Bought a impact wrench and a chainsaw they both turned on took them home the both dont work the chainsaw doesnt cut anything the wrench cant removed a lug nut from a tire weak itens defective items sale men wont tell you theres no return on chainsaw and if you dont buy the warranty that doesnt cover the chainsaw but would have for the wrench but they wont tell you about they wont change anything i found out the hard way better that you learn then taking a chance like i didReview from Betsy S

I went to the store on ********* in ************* and they have items listed with final dates that theyre not honoring. If anyone knows a lawyer for shady business practice please let me know. I have a family member buying the item and I have pictures of the tag and I have audio recordings of me talking to the district manager and her not wanting to talk to me when I was recording the conversation. Its insane how theyll try to be as dishonest as they are being.Review from Aaron P

Great guys I bought a 55 inch insignia tv tonite ****** dollars brought it home plugged it in & it has a few dark spots on the screen and also store remote still don't work or with new batterys at home either theguts name at **** shop Saud it was *** I believe so he he said bring it back in the morning 10 a.m & he'd refund it or give another tv if I can find one I said thank you so muchReview from Sandra L

They dont reserve a star. I just posted a long review on this store half hour ago. Very unprofessional. They dont even have the opt out option in the reciept. They are super nice when we went tp purchase a fishing pole but when we went to return the pole in timely manner. The manager n one of the staff was very unprofessinal. The staff was so excited to show me that i opt out of something that doesnt have a box to intinal. I told them if they work in a store. Its very important to intinal all boxes that needs to be on the reciept. What can i expect when we do sales in 2nd hand store. So, my son got robbed out of his money. Been going this company from ******* to ***** I have had my thing stolen by workers at the ******* location They had a Christmas party and I lost all of my item and had to pay extra to get them back I purchased a bracelet paid $560.00 went to get a loan found out one of the links in the bracelet was was altered and was sticking to a magnet was embarrassed in front of a store full of customers saying my jewelry was fake went back to the store they gave me back $330 of out of the 560 I paid because only one link was altered no the rest of the bracelet I just say make sure they use the magnet to test your item before buying so you dont have a issue with the item corp could careless.Review from David B

Absolutely horrendous terrible worse and I can't stress worse business and customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire 41 years of life I have worked in the **** industry for 15 years I've worked in **** shops from ** to ******* through ******** as well as ************** and ******* I've been in pawnbroker myself for 10 years of my earlier life and I will say ***************************** should be fired and will be seen in court shortly after a subpoena served over a civil matter due to search poorly conducting business and crooked downright extortion type racketeering business they deal with. I am disgusted I am flabbergasted and I am sick to my stomach that a business remains to stay open the way they treat people
