    I hired *** *********** of Purworth Plumbing, LLC to do the rough plumbing work at my suite. Upon completion of the rough plumbing work, *** *********** was paid in full. I then requested for him to do additional work to finish out the remaining plumbing items however he bailed last minute on me stating scheduling conflict causing a major delay in my construction as I now have to find a new plumber to finish the work he agreed to do. Another issue is that Mr. *********** advised me to buy certain water heaters when asked and later came to find out that the water heaters that he approved for me to buy is wrong for the type of plumbing he did. I have decided to instead source out the remaining work due to the unprofessionalism by Purworth Plumbing and *** *********** and the lack of communication on his part. However, I have asked *** Worthrington multiple times to meet with me to sign the Final Lien Waiver as required by my landlord in order to submit it for a reimbursement request. The lien waiver that my landlord has required is the one that needs a notary. I advised Mr *********** that I will meet him at a location of his choice with a notary to get this done and he has refused to do so. Instead he wants to send his only version of a lien waiver which is not acceptable by my landlord. He has now completely stopped responding and to date has refused to provide me with the lien waiver I am obligated to have for work completed and paid in full.

    PurWorth Plumbing LLC was hired to do the underground and top out rough plumbing for Showroom. Upon completion PurWorth Plumbing was paid in full. Then additional work was requested from Showroom (the final). Showroom stated that supplies would be furnished for the final. A contract had not been signed confirming a price or when work could be completed. Showroom contacted  PurWorth Plumbing LLC  and requested a specific day to complete the final. PurWorth was able to rearrange the schedule to accommodate Showroom. The day before, PurWorth contacted Showroom and asked if all the parts were available. Showroom said they were not. At that point PurWorth asked Showroom to let PurWorth know when all materials would be available and to reschedule.  Approximately 2 weeks later Showroom contacted PurWorth Plumbing and demanded that PurWorth do the final the Thursday of that week. That is when there was a scheduling conflict and that was explained to Showroom. It was suggested that Showroom find someone else to do the final. As far as the instant hot tankless water heaters (Chromomite *********** are concerned, the plumbing that was installed will comply with these water heaters. Showroom also demanded that PurWorth sign a waiver. Purworth requested that a copy of the waiver be sent for review. It took several days. Showroom kept demanding that this be done by a certain date but would not send the waiver for review. So PurWorth printed a lien waiver, signed and emailed. Finally Showroom said someone from his office would be in touch. It has taken approximately 7 days for someone from Showroom to call PurWorth back.PUrWorth finally received a copy of the lien waiver. PurWorth Plumbing will sign in front of a notary and email back to Showroom and mail a copy of the original on Wednesday November 6, 2024.

    I am rejecting this response because to date I have not received the requested original signed and notarized lien waiver. I have given the company and **** *********** ample time to get this form to me and nothing yet. He did advise that he sent it to us but he sent it via certified mail which he knows that the site is under construction and no one is there at all times to sign for certified mail plus no one asked him to send it via certified mail. Regular mail was more than sufficient. The certified mail has been returned to him instead. I advised Mr. *********** that I need the original form as soon as possible as I have a deadline to submit these forms to my landlord in order to get the tenant reimbursement I am owed. He advised that he was on vacation last week and will reach out upon his return which should have been yesterday. I followed up with him yesterday on it and now he's giving an excuse that he's supposedly on some family hiatus. I am tired of the excuses and I have been asking for this form for over a month now and due to Mr. ************* negligence and carelessness, I am falling behind on my deadline to submit these paperwork and receiving the reimbursement I am owed. He is the only one holding everything up when I have offered him convenient ways to get this done every step of the way which he has either refused or refused to respond back to. Until I receive the original signed and notarized unconditional final lien waiver like I've requested a dozen times, this complaint cannot be closed due to the company failing to meet expectations and doing what they said they would do in their response.
