His follow-up repair was fast, His demo work was minimally invasive. to the pool deck and he replaced the sidewalk (decking) back to match our existing deck. **** and **** came out after our pool had lifted out of the ground during the cleaning process. The pool did settle however it would not hold water. We had made up our minds that the plumbing was destroyed but we figured before filling it in we would have it evaluated. **** and **** came out and conducted an evaluation on all the plumbing lines. They pressure checked all the drains as well as the supply. They determined that the main line had snapped along with one 1 1/4" supply line. All this was accomplished in three hours. It was fascinating to watch how they were able to determine by using the sound of air pressure and water pressure where the breaks were located. Truly a skill that must take years to prefect. We scheduled the next appointment for the repairs in about a week. **** called the Sunday night before to confirm and arrived the next morning on the dot. It took them a very short amount of time to repair the leaks considering the area they were in. Our third appointment was to patch the cement. I was a little concerned about the matching of the concrete but **** did a perfect job in the matching process. You can not tell where any of the patches are, they blend perfectly. Again this is a talent that has taken years to perfect. Pool is up and running thanks to two really great folks. I think you hit it on the head when you mentioned experience playing a huge role in the success rate. Been doing this so long it just becomes second nature! **** also seems to have a Guru/Sensei/Jedi intuition when it comes to finding these leaks that is supernatural!
