            This business is contacting our residence. NO ONE here is interested in doing business with this company and do not want them to send anymore junk mail to our home. Remove this address from you marketing machine. We HATE junk mail with a passion. Just because you have a name and address does not give you ************************* to contact people. LEAVE US ALONE!!!

            I am rejecting this response because the return name and address on the envelope are clear.  I attached a photo to the complaint.  If this office is not sending out the junk mail, then some arm of the company is sending it out, and they need to figure out where it is coming from and get this address out of their marketing machine.  We do not want to receive ANY more post to this address from them.

            I am rejecting this response because the return name and address on ********** is on the junk mail received.  It is not up to me navigate their corporate maze to figure out what office in their hierarchy is sending out junk mail.  This is up to this person at the ********** office to figure this out and get it stopped.

            If we continue to receive junk mail to this address, addressed to ANYONE at all, we will file complaint with the ******************************* for Consumer Protection.  

            Do NOT contact this address again.

            Seriously??? Do you think I actually hold onto junk mail?  Where should I put it?  Should I build a little storage shed to store it all???  Heaven knows I could probably fill a storage shed within a year.  NO, I do not hold onto junk mail.  I put it in the recycle bin which is collected weekly.  I no longer have the envelope.

            The upshot is we do NOT want any more junk sent to this property.  I hope that is clear as glass.
