We were concerned regarding the budget of any renovation but *** was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped laid out the project so it is within our budget. He always involved us in every step, which we highly appreciate. We were so happy with his work that we decided to have *** and his team renovate our master bath. We highly recommend.

I am an Architect with over 30 years in the construction industry. My home bathroom shower remodel with Marshall Construction is the smoothest renovation that I have ever done. *** Marshall is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and true to his word. He kept to the schedule with minimum disruption to my home. Marshall Construction uses tried and true products that I have specified in my own work. His one-stop shop for material selections really facilitated the process with my busy *********** husband and I are beyond happy with our new walk-in shower and linen niche. The installation and detail work is superb. I highly recommend Marshall Construction for their integrity and fair pricing.

*** Marshall, Marshall Construction, and the crew could not have been easier/better to work with. They renovated our master bath (built a custom shower where the tub was, built a closet where the standup shower was, new countertop, new mirror) as well as fix some damage we had due to a water loss in our kitchen. *** was so great to work with from the second he stepped in our home to give us a bid. The crew was in time everyday, cleaned up after themselves each evening, and *** was hands on throughout the project. Everything came Out better than I imagined. I would 100% use them again for another project.

We asked Marshall Construction to provide an estimate for our complex home remodel because of the great reviews they received from past clients. ************************* was our assigned representative and we worked with him throughout the project. We chose Marshall Construction because the cost estimate was very reasonable and within our budget. We also chose them because ****** was incredibly reliable and easy to work with. From the time we tentatively agreed to go with them in September *************************************** March 2024, ****** and Marshall Construction were trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to work with. The scope of our project was expanded several times based upon our desires and they seamlessly adjusted to meet our needs. ****** was always transparent and candid with us. Any time we called with questions (day or night and on weekends), he was quick to respond and provide the needed information. Every employee that worked on our home was talented, hard-working, and very friendly. I was impressed with their relentless work ethic and the quality of the product they produced. ******* and the other craftsmen do amazing work (paint, flooring, etc.). We chose large format tile for our flooring. The tile is difficult to install because of the length. Regardless, they did a great job, and we are very pleased with the quality of the work. Any punch-list item we identified was immediately corrected without complaint. The custom cabinets are top-notch (construction, installation and finish). Overall, I cannot recommend Marshall Construction enough. They are a great company, and their employees do excellent work.

This company did a remodel of one of our bathrooms. Excellent job. *** Marshall is very easy to work with and his men are very efficient and neat with their work. *** closely supervised all work done and everything was completed to our full satisfaction.

We recently had our kitchen renovated with Marshall, They finished the project early, everyone was professional and they cleaned up everyday before leaving, We would recommend them to everyone.

I don't know where to start. When we started planning a home remodel, all we heard were horror stories about how terrible this would be. Our experience was the complete opposite. Marshall construction was wonderful and we had a great experience. We had to wait a few months before the contractors could begin. This gave us plenty of time to firm up everything we were asking for. We had our kitchen and master bath remodeled. Everyone who came onto our property was polite, professional and personable. They took great care with all of our belongings and with our pets. They knew their names by the time they left. The work done was impecable. I could not have asked for more. They took my vision and my ideas and brought them to life. And they completed all of this in half the time they projected. I am pleased with every decision that was made. We had a delay getting the final appliance installed and ****** gave up his weekend to personally pick this up and install it so we wouldn't have to have any further delays. He consistantly went above and beyond for us.I have two additional projects I want done and will not let anyone other than Marshall Construction complete this for me. If you need work done, I highly recommend Marshall Construction and ****** and ******. They were very professional and their teams were great!
