    We went to *************** last night to grab dinner, because we were in a hurry and being a GM of taco casa I know orders should go out in 3 minutes or less. We placed our order and we waited a good 35 to 40 minutes. Were they busy yes, but out of 7 employees there was only one making food and she was getting overwhelmed!! We look over and she stops making food to try to call for backup, and then the person calls her back.Then a couple of the other employees try to help and the sour cream lid pops off and then they are just all three are standing there laughing while we wait!! I talked to the guy at the front counter and tell him I manage a store and I would be glad to come back and help, and he tells me that is above his pay grade!Customers were ordering from Maverick grill and getting their food way before we were. I was so embarrassed!!!Finally the girl she called came in and they started knocking out the orders. We arrived around 8:15 and left around 9:00. I understand things happen but that was ridiculous!!

    TACO CASA #***************************************************************WE WENT IN TO EAT THERE THE FOOD WAS FINE BUT THE STORE WAS NOT CLEAN--NOT AS CLEAN AS IT AUGHT TO BE.EVERY TABLE IN THE ***** WAS DIRTY WITH FOOD AN FOOD SPILLS ON THEM-THE ***** WAS NOT SWEPT AN THE ***** WAS VERY STICKY WHEN YOU WALKED ON IT.THEY WERE NOT REAL BUSY AS THERE WERE ONLY 2 OTHER PEOPLE IN THE BUILDING WHEN WE WENT IN.WE ATE OUR MEAL AND WERE IN THERE ABOUT 45 MINUTS.ONE WORKER WAS CHANGING THE ***** BAGS OUT BUT NO ONE WAS CLEANING THE TABLES NOR THE *****.I AM NOT TRYING TO BE PICKY..BUT THE ***** YOU GO TO EAT SHOULD BE CLEAN AT ALL TIMES.THE REST ROOMS NEEDED SOME LOVE AS WELL VERY NASTY ***** AN SINK.IF THE HEALTH DEPT.HAD WENT IN AN SAW THIS IT WOULD NOT HAVE *************** FOR THERE STORE.

    Im a regular customer and I really havent been able to eat inside my favorite spot. When Im out and about in the 100 degree weather and decide to go in to eat I expect it to be very nice and cool but its not. I feel terrible for the workers they say they are very hot all the time. Its unacceptable, your lobby should not feel like how it is outside. This is the ******** locations off the Interstate 30 highway.

    On 1/03/23 i went to the taco casa on ************* in ****** and ordered 7 tacos and a large tea. When i returned from there to my office to have lunch with my wife she opened and took a bite of her taco only to find a long black curly hair in it. she began to gag. I took a picture of the hair and taco and reported it to the company. We have have not gotten any responce from the company and they will not talk to us about it.

    Here are the facts about this complaint :


    1-We have been in the restaurant business over 40 years with a great track records never a complaint like this.


    2-In running our restaurant we take all safety meagers including head nets .


    3-This issue could be a vendor's issue we will make sure we e mail all vendors with this incident to make sure it will be avoided from the source also.


    4-Attached please find a copy of a check with a full refund to the customer per his request .

    I purchased a super burrito and super nachos. We got home and the chips were completely stale and rancid (which is a concern). I called the establishment and I was told we can not do nothing about it maam thats why we ask if mix or in the side). How was I suppose to know? This was my first time ordering nachos. This statement clearly shows that this business is knowingly serving food that can cause food poisoning or damage to someone. Its a health hazard and they should be investigated or put out of business at this particular location: ***********************************************************. I want a refund for the nachos as I came home mixed them more before taking a bite just to spot it back out and throw it away. Especially because they knowingly ask an odd question that assures they knowingly serve contaminated, expired, and/or rancid products.

    HI ******, THE CUSTOMER WAS OFFERED A WAY TO KEEP THE FOOD FRESH BUT CHOSE THE WRONG WAY TO TRAVEL, THERE WILL NOT BE A REFUND, WE DO REFUNDS EVERYDAY, AS YOU CAN TELL THIS IS A CUSTOMER THAT COMPLANES WHEN SHE IS WRONG, SOUNDS LIKE A DEMOCRAT, HAVE A GREAT DAY!

    I purchased a *************** at Taco Casa and it has a whole plastic bag in it! This is disgusting and someone needs to answer to why. We are in a pandemic and Im drinking from a cup, piled high with ice and when I investigate, I found a plastic bag in my cup! This is fraud and disgusting! I paid $2.09 for a unsanitary cup of ice and plastic!
