            Complaint against Texas Tire - *******, ** I am filing a formal complaint regarding the poor service and mishandling of my vehicle at Texas Tire in *******, ***** Sep. 2024, I had several parts installed on the front of my truck at this location. Within two months, the parts were no longer safe to drive on due to improper installation. Additionally, I purchased a new set of tires and wheels during the same visit.On December 5, 2024, one of the tires went flat due to a manufacturing defect. When I contacted another Texas Tire location, I was informed that warranty claims could only be processed at the original purchase location. I returned to the Saginaw store, where they ordered a replacement tire. However, while reinstalling the wheel on my truck, their staff damaged the wheel, which was brand new and in perfect condition before this visit.I have photographic evidence showing the condition of the wheel before and after the incident, taken while the wheel was still being reinstalled at their shop. An employee at the location reviewed the photos and admitted the damage occurred during their handling. However, there was no manager present to address the situation, and I was told to call back ******** date, I have received no resolution for the following issues:1.The unsafe installation of parts on my truck.2.A defective tire that I had to replace under warranty.3.The damage caused to my wheel by their staff.This situation demonstrates a lack of accountability, quality control, and customer service. I am seeking a resolution, including reimbursement or repair of the damaged wheel, proper installation of the parts, and a formal acknowledgment of these issues.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter to ensure no other customers experience such negligence.Sincerely,******* **** ****** ************* ****************************

            Took a wheel to be repaired, was quoted $170 total, then when service was completed was told $230... and the wheel was very poorly repaired with a lot of over spray. After I complained about the quality and not being told it would cost more, the rep said ok we will scrap the wheel... horrible cust service and deceptive trade practice!
