We paid $1700 for a truck part that still have not received three months later. Their phone number is disconnected. Their website is now a 404 Error. There is no correspondence via email any longer. Trying to get my money back via PayPal. If I end up getting money back, I will change my review but as of now buyer, beware do not use this company.

PLEASE BE AWARE !%100 Scammers here. Mr. ************ or whatever he is playing games charge you first on cct than giving you lead time about 4-5 weeks meanwhile dispute time is passing, than he started to not answers the phone calls or e-mails. Its been a year now and he is still going to send me check for refund. DO NOT EVEN THINK BUYING PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY DONT MAKE ANY PRODUCTS JUST TAKING YOUR MONEY AND GO AWAY!!!!!

Zero stars. I wish I had read the reviews here before I ordered from AGR Performance!I initially ordered the *** Super Box 2 and Super Pump through a well-known online Jeep parts company. They were shown as "Temporarily Out of Stock" but I was okay waiting several months. During the next six months, the third party emailed me on a regular basis telling me they were still working on my order. Finally after six months I decided to call *** directly to find out what the delay was. The person at *** implied that the wrong part number was ordered and if I would cancel my order and instead directly order from *** they would ship them out in two weeks. Also that if I ordered the steering fluid from ***, they would extend the warranty by one year. He talked a good talk and I paid up-front $85 more than my original order with the third party. During the next 45 days, I emailed and left voicemails with *** to find out the status of my order. Like the others here, I never got any response from them. Then I found these reviews here. I promptly cancelled with my CC Company.

DO NOT BUY FROM AGR STEERCO.!!!I placed an order for a pump, box, hoses and fluid $1,079.00 in February 2022 and was told by big **** (big joke) I would have my order in 2 weeks because they didnt have the reservoir for the pump but they would have it in about a week. After about 3-4 weeks I started wondering about my order and began calling but they didnt answer and never returned my calls. I emailed numerous times and never got a reply. I called from a friends phone and what do you know big joke answers and after some lame excuse tells me Id have my order by the end of the week The end of the week came and nothing. I seriously made hundreds of calls and numerous emails and nothing. I finally sent an email from my other email saying I was interested in buying and what do you know within the hour **** the owner of AGR called me. I then told him I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund. He supposedly took my information and order number and insured me that I would get a refund. Well that didnt happen. I called from another phone and again big joke answered I then firmly asked for a refund and he said that had to be done in the accounting department and took all my info and told me it would be done. Well again it didnt happen.I finally filled a complaint with my credit card company and they issued a charge back and finally after 10 months my credit card refunded my money.Read the reviews.DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANYTHING FROM AGR STEERCO.

I've never written a review but I hope this will help others. Just like a lot of others here. they rarely answer phone calls or emails after they take your order and MONEY. When "BigJohn" does answer he just lies to you and tells you "it will go out no later then Friday", he told me that (3) times. (that Friday never comes) These guys are nothing but thieves and I don't know how they are still in business.

they have real parts on location so I'm not sure why they have defrauded so many of us. I ordered parts in December or 2021 and did not receive them by the end of January as promised. They quit answering my calls in Feb and I would have to call from random numbers and received every excuse and promise you could imagine. I got through to Big **** in April and he did in fact email me a receipt that showed AGR was going to refund my 1398$. Refund never received. Yesterday I drove to ******** to confront ***** Meet **** and was told **** was on the way and just a few minutes away. Guess what? **** never showed after **** texted him. **** was polite and professional, unfortunately he is covering for a *****. **** went through the motions of trying to refund my card but the machine continued to show error. I spoke to little **** by phone and he said he would not give me a check or cash because I could then dispute the transaction and then defraud him!!! Not only is ********************* but a coward. I'll check back to see if he's at work. Good luck Big ****, I'd look for a better employment. He will eventually defraud you!--

I ordered a steering rack from them 5 months ago. After a month of waiting I tried contacting them to ask where it was and they would not answer phone or email. I called from a different number and said it was shipping in 2 weeks due to waiting for parts. I waited another month and had to call from another number. I asked for a refund. They said they would process it. I waited for 2 weeks and they would not answer phone or email. Any phone number from my area code they now don't answer.
