At a convention, where I was sold the wrong item. Then reached out to customer service who took almost a week to tell me they wouldn't honor a return for credit. Their response was to sell it on ******** marketplace.Review from Sean R

I was missing the screw to hold the blade in place. I emailed then and and tried the live support no response. I was the only one in cue for live support. I had to spend an additional 9+$ to order from a trd party.Review from Tyler R

They had a large promotional where they advertised a strong likelihood of getting an upgraded lightsaber when you buy their mystery boxes. Our large group of 14 friends decided to go in on lightsabers to be able to at least get one rare saber out of the lot. we were perplexed when all 14 were almost identical hilts and little variety in color with 8 blue 2 green 1 red 2 orange and 1 white out of the lot. Super Super disappointed with the lack of variety and the lies of any good chances of getting a better mystery saber.Review from Keith A

My daughter accidentally(?) charged one of these lightsabers to my credit card. When I received the toy, I never, (and still haven't) opened the shipping container. They won't take back the toy and refund my money. Naked Greed on disply here. DO NOT buy anything from these people. Even if it's dodgy, you WILL NOT receive a refund. If 0 is an option this is what I would give them. They are terrible with Customer service. I have had issues with both of my orders I had made. One of my orders had a double code go to it I don't know how that happened. I had paid for it and then I get told that I can't get it because of the codes. I get told that I need pay the difference even though it was a mistake on their end. My other order I had made they didn't want to mail it because of a different billing and mailing. I sent them all the information to have it sent as well as explaining the situation to them. I had to deal with a terrible customer rep that made it his mission to make it as difficult as possible His name is Wiliam. Even with all the information that was given to have the order move forward. He still denied me my order after I sent all the information. Then he asked me to send a picture of my ID and the front and back of my debit card I explained that I will not do that then asked for a refund. It had been 3 days and have not got a response or an acknowledgement on my situation.Review from Carol S

I have been waiting over a month for and have been going back and forth because my saber was barley bent and damaged when I received it. I have gotten no replies after I was told it was being shipped. Still nothing. If I would have known how horrible it would have been I would never have purchased from ultrasabers. Terrible service. I ordered a custom Saber worth over 500, sound and special LED board. LED board stopped working, I've emailed 3 times in the last week, no reply. I've called and left messages, still no reply. Hot garbage. Funny that the warranty is for a year but they won't respond at month 10.Review from Katherine S

Husband bought one over a year ago and it had to be returned for repairs 3 times, $500 product....traded in the 3rd time for an upgrade, that doesn't work either, $700 product......DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEYReview from Nick C.

If I could rate it lower than 1, I would. There's a reason this company pays for reviews and limits who is able to leave a real one. I started with a mystery box saber, surprise, I wasn't a youtuber advertising so I got a scratched and dinged up hilt with a blue blade that turns green regardless of how fresh the batteries are. Then I figured, maybe their custom stuff is better. So I blew $200 on a double blade saber without sound. (Sound is a minimum +$100) That saber came dinged and scratched as well, and the threads require some grinding to actually screw in together. The shipping time was awful, one of my orders taking 2 months from time of purchase to actual shipping. (was promised a 5-10 day shipping time) The BBB (Better Business Bureau ranks them F, with 1.2/10 stars, and their indeed page is littered with former employees describing their indentured servitude to a man who would rather buy a bunch of ferraris than support his companies growth. 0/10 Ultrasabers is certified trash. DO NOT BUY, I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT BUY.Review from Michael B

Wish I'd checked BBB first. I ordered a saber because they were having a promotion on sabers that make sound. I forgot to put in the coupon code when I checked out. I immediately notified customer service and they would not let me apply the coupon after the fact. Yes, it was my fault, but COME ON. They offered to create a coupon to use "on a future purchase." I can assure you I won't be making any future purchases.
