    Date of transaction: 12/21/22 Paid $497.00. Order placed was for candles and scrubs . According to the merchant order takes **** business days ; as of today 1/20/23 I haven't received my order nor my tracking information and unable to get a response from the merchant either via email, phone or text , she is not responding to any of my messages . I asked for a refund and ******** stated no refunds or cancelations according to her policies stated in her website which none of theses policies are stated on her website or catalogue or purchase order. I have been told that my order would arrive first on 1/3/23 then date changed to 1/12/23 however I haven't received my order or as I stated tracking information just a fake tracking number .I feel so hopeless because I can't find any resolution to this problem neither recovering my money .

    Customer was refunded in full for the amount of $497.00
    The bowls that she had purchased are custom made and take 4-6 weeks to complete. This was in fact a custom order. When she placed the order she stated that she was leaving the country for one month. I offered her the opportunity to order prior to the beginning of the year because the price of the vessels will (and have increased) significantly. In that time spam ****** had ice which shut down many businesses then snow. Since we BOTH work in the same storefront...she stated that she did not want her products shipped/delivered because our store front was having a clearance sale and she did not want her new products to be sold at a discounted price. Since these vessels are hand carved wood vessels, all sales are final once I fulfill them. In addition. The bath and body products. I offered to deliver them directly to her home as a courtesy. I offered every possible solution to keep her happy.
    She then started accusing me of ignoring her, which was false. She was emailing me through 3 different email addresses and multiple phone numbers. My customers email me from the invoice email address. In the interim of all of this she switched back and forth on what she wanted, didn't want. Then would call to apologize then text me something different. I received personal inappropriate text messages late at night which made me feel uncomfortable. I fulfilled the entire order. Shipped them...which I can provide proof, only for her to say they were false tracking numbers and that I was a scammer. One box was damaged and I was never able to retrieve the other box. She started threatening me of lying, stealing and scamming. It was at that point that I gave her a full refund and wanted her to leave me alone. She blocked me via all social media outlets and phone. I carbon copied her this complaint because it is unfair for her to be dishonest and not notify you that she did in fact receive her money. I work with the city and am an active advocate for our city. As a single mom with a child on the spectrum, I am not only disappointed, but shocked. We both work for the same store/chain.

    I would like for her to remove the complaint, as it is intended to taint everything I have worked very hard for and will file a discrimination, defamation and libel suit against her.
