    I immediately canceled my membership with this gym . Called and went in . They have continued to bill me and swipe money out of my account at will . I have not 1 single time set foot in this gym to workout or is there service .

    I have contacted Planet Fitness regarding canceling my membership repeatedly. I called and they said I needed to come in, I went in and they said it would be cancelled and it never is. They continue to bill me even though I have not been into this gym since initiating my cancellation request. I've exhausted every way I know how to get them to stop billing me.

    I froze my gym membership while I was out of town. I was not supposed to be charged while my account was frozen. I was charged anyway. I contacted the gym and spoke with the manager. They said they reversed the charges and I should be reimbursed within the time frame 7-10 business days. I have not been reimbursed. It has been nearly a month since my account was charged. On 8/4 I was charged again from the gym, but my account is still frozen and after contacting the gym regarding this issue, they told me on their end it shows that I was reimbursed that day. However that is a lie. I was not reimbursed for the original charge in July and now I am being charged again. I need help getting my money back. The gym has not reimbursed me and continues to charge me.

    Planet fitness boasts no contract memberships. I signed up under the impression that the membership was no contract. I would not have signed up if I was required to enter a contract considering my residence was temporary. I have now moved and the gym is too far for me and at $5/gallon for gas is not cost effective. I went today to cancel and is the first time it was brought to my attention that they actually enrolled me into a 12 month contract when signing up. This is a bait and switch situation.
