I filed a claim with Sedgwick for damages done to my driveway by delivery truck driver . I supplied photos and videos of a damages. I was denied saying that it wasn't sufficient evidence.Review from Leroy M

This company is my payor for my work comp case and they are suppose to pay me weekly and they have gone months at a time without paying me and my attorney just says it's nothing they can do about it. They always mess up around bill time. This has been going on for 2 and half years now and this is just ridiculous.Review from Mary U

I filed a claim with Sedgwick for damages done to my roof by ********* satelitte dish. I supplied photographs and an invoice on the amount of damages. I was denied saying that it wasn't sufficient evidence. I would have had to be on the roof when the dish was removed and take pictures. This totally ridiculous in my opinion. I can't get on a roof!! I think the Insurance company uses unfair practices to compensate people. Next to impossible.Review from Kerri V

My car was wrecked by their party a week ago. I have not heard anything since the claim has been filed. I've contacted the examine ******************* and team leader *************************** phone and email with no response.Review from Pepper S

Today is 10/26/22. On 8/17/22, a big box store installed a washer machine incorrectly in our home and it flooded the second floor down to the first. Big Box took full responsibility and handed ** over to Sedgwick - their insurance provider. Sedgwick advised that I needed to hire the mitigation/restoration company, which I did, and I supplied Sedgwick with all of the information. Mitigation was completed by the end of August. Sedgwick has failed to pay the mitigation invoice and therefore restoration is not moving forward because of the outstanding bill. If my floors being torn up for over two months is not enough irritation, Sedgwick is not returning any of my calls or emails. In fact, several of the phone numbers they have referenced don't work. I have spent an inordinate number of hours trying to get some kind of response from literally anyone at Sedgwick with no luck. My efforts now will go to exploring filing a complaint with the BBB and the ************** Insurance Commission.
