    ****** Transaction ID ***************** Transaction date January 8, 2024 Amount: $3,000 Service paid for: review of criminal case and discovery, body camera footage, forensic questioning video footage, interrogation footage, provide written report of findings after review of discovery, witness testimony at trial (***** to testify on findings after review of criminal case discovery) and review of complaint warrant of 1 additional case involving landlord tenant issues. I have asked ****** to help with refund in the past while things were still within their refund policy window of first 180days. Their policy covers physical items and not services. I have pointed out that a Comprehensive Report is a physical item and is part of the invoice but ****** sees the transaction as payment for a services not covered by there refund policy. $3,000 1.0 X Forensic Examination of: Video Interrogation - Witness Interviews Provide A Comprehensive Report Criminal Case File # ***-F ***** ****** has agreed to a refund but has not refunded anything in the past 5months. Now he is saying there is some kind of refund policy that was never mentioned before. He is praying on individuals incarcerated, and wrapped up in the legal system. ***** ****** owns the company and ***** is still offering a refund but no date on when. This has been going on since February. I paid for services not rendered, and the company is misleading me about refunding my funds which I desperately need as I am a veteran on a service connected disability so I have a fixed income and struggle month to month. Please can you help to resolve this issue, thank you for your time and stay safe

    ****** and I have spoken to reach a payout as soon as I receive funds that I ear **** for this purpose over the next week or two. I am following up with the agency to track the funds. As soon as I do receive them ****** will receive. There was originally a misunderstanding --Credit vs Cash refund after 2 months for full services his sister and I agreed to.

    I am rejecting this response because: There was never a misunderstanding about credit vs cash. I was sold a service that wasnt rendered. Furthermore the service from the expert ***** *. for use in a second trial could not be used due to the fact that it was not in the original trial. As an expert, he shouldve known this service wasnt achievable and not charged me for something he could not provide. He has been so difficult/vague in his responses over the past 6+ months Ive tried other routes like, asking ****** to step in to help resolve the refund but they only cover physical items. I now ask the Better Business Bureau to help facilitate the return of the $3000 paid back in January 2024. Ive never experienced anything like this nor have known anyone who has. I really need my funds that have been held up for nearly this entire year so far refunded.

    I vuluntarily stated that I would attempt to provide some cash back from the company even though there was an open file and communications with his sister who reatined the company for 2 months before cancelling and wanting a refund where he was entitled a credit only. As I told him I would attempt to provide some funds back and will still do that.

    This person, ***** ****** is still doing everything he can to avoid a refund and has been doing so for 8 months. This is why I asked ****** to help with this matter and should mention that he is now flagged as possible SCAM. He should be flagged as a defiant scammer. Now Im going through the Better Business Bureau and will file a civil case against this person/Company before the end of this year for any funds not returned. This man spoke to me personally while I was incarcerated before his services were paid for. We spoke over the phone via 3way call using my sister to Initiate the call to him. While I was incarcerated, this man told my sister she could not get  a refund because the service agreement was made and paid for by myself so I would have to Initiate the refund. ***** ****** has once again came up with an excuse for not having my refund yet he insists that its on the way.. It has been 8 months and this has happened more times than I can count. I speak to a Veterans representative this month to assist with the civil suit. This man is taking advantage of people going through hardships within the legal system.

    As I have told ****** the company will cover the amount his sister suggested once I receive the pending funds the company  is waiting for. It has taken longer than expected. I expect a large amount of it by month end for sure and will send via e-mail through ***********; at that time.

    This is still the same talk of giving me a partial refund and never actually refunding my $3,000 back. This business sold me a service that they couldnt provide and when asking for a refund the business says its in store credit. For ***** ****** criminal consultants to take my funds for a service, not provide that service and keep my $3,000 in exchange for store credit or store credit and some cash back, is not okay. Total scam artist move and to drag this out to the point that ****** was involved, flagged this person as possible scam, Better Business Bureau has an open dispute now and a civil suit being drawn up to get the funds returned. Totally unprofessional. Completely unacceptable.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     #1: i am not ******. My name is ******. 

     #2: ***** *. Has my email address and this is still the same old excuse not to pay and delay with the money is on the way nonsense. This has been going on since February and tomorrow will be November 1st. This is so unbelievably ridiculous to have to go through in order to get my money back from this company. I believe its important for anyone reading this to know that when first finding out that this company sold me a service that is impossible to accomplish, I immediately asked for my funds to be returned and it was ***** *. that keep saying lets wait and see what happens, just give it a few weeks, lets see what happens at the next court date, you could use our services for a civil suit and you should look into that first, and so on. Every time I keep asking for my refund and not excepting the store credit. Then the company says well its past our refund policy now but we are nice and will give you a fraction of the funds back. NOT COOL buyer beware.
