Best customer service ever. I was stupid enough to get a car without a title and they were able to assist me in the process. Even though I didn't place an order through them they were willing to give me free advice. Highly recommend purchasing if you're not good with forms.Review from Richard G

Beware - you do not get any bonding documents, Which I thought I was buying by using this company.You will regret everything that you do with these guys.I even filed a formal refund request and was denied my refund.This is a scam!!!!Review from James P

Reviews are correct misleading website No title just prefilled free DMV forms you have pay additional $$ for the actual bonded title Still have to bring everything to DMV What did I pay $ 269 No evidence of lien search nothing Tried calling office placed message on robot machine.Review from Jeff M

Paid for the service to prepare all of the documents for a bonded title. What was received did not contain any of the needed paperwork other than a checklist and one or two (blank) of the many needed forms with instructions for me to do all the leg work. This was not even close to what they advertise. I suspect there's a ton of other poor reviews that have been sanitized. Do not waste your money with this company. If you need a bonded title, simply visit your state's DMV site as I ultimately did. They will provide the same checklist this company provided, but at no cost.

Yes, this customer is correct. If you wish to obtain a bonded title you may prepare the process yourself with the DMV. Our service is for document preparation, and many clients with busy schedules consider this a convenience of their time, and you can save some money by doing it yourself.Customer Response

The company has finally acknowledged the service I paid for is a service to prepare ALL of the documents and provide the needed information and steps to file for a bonded title. HOWEVER, 1) ALL needed forms were NOT provided and in fact the most important one was not (IL application for title). Additionally the information provided to file said application (electronically) is not allowed for a bonded title and in fact the needed paper form was neither included nor filled out. 2) The information for the title fee amount was incorrect and was from many many years ago (they stated it was $95 when in fact the fee is $155).
The real issue for me is normally when a company screws up, they will make some accommodation, offer a refund, maybe apologize for it and offer to make it right (I personally own two consumer facing businesses). This company did none of the above. Instead, after I stopped payment on my credit card, they made veiled threats by going as far as hiring a private investigative company to investigate me. Included in the report from the investigative firm were what they believed would be personally embarrassing information on me in an attempt to intimidate me. If you require verification of this I will forward the documentation. This company is bad news!CarTitles.com Response

Geez, this is a lot of time spent over $150. We did offer a refund. This is documented. The customer declined. There is a great deal of false information in the comments from this person with "two businesses that he owns". The client has made this a big deal over $150 that he already got back, and we see no need to make this guys life more complicated in this public forum. For readers, sorry we could not be more entertaining with more drama!
