Fraud business! Do not order from here. I ordered a specific charger, got one sent that was incorrect (on their part!). Paid $8 shipping- now they refuse to make it right!Review from BONNIE A

Horrible customer service. Very slow in responding to emails and no one would ever answer the phone. I was sent the incorrect adapter and eventually told I could return it but they would not send me a shipping label. This was their error and I should not have to pay the postage to send back their mistake. I paid for 2 day shipping and wasted $29.00 on postage for the wrong adapter and now they want me to pay for return shipping too. I would never buy form them again. Wrong DVD Player AC Adapter Charger sent. Company does not adequately respond to emails or phone calls.
I need an adapter that fits a Philips Magnavox MPD850 DVD Player AC Adapter Charger. SavingOlogy sent Power Rescue Model 0930 which is too large to fit. Cost was $11.99+ 7.99 shipping for a total of $19.98.

They sent me the wrong AC Adaptor power cord and now no one will answer the phone. It says they are assisting other customers. I have left several massages I find it hard to believe they haven't gotten to my call yet. (giving them the benefit) I'm pretty sure this company is one BIG SCAM.Review from Michael M

By all means, stay away from this company! After receiving the wrong item, I asked for a full refund, and, after 15 emails back and forth and paying for the return shipping, they refunded me $3.05 short of a full refund. They should rename themselves Customeralwayslosingology.
