Blakely Witt and Associates is illegally furnishing inaccurate information to the credit bureaus. This is negatively impacting my right to get a place to live. The company is not legally permitted to collect debts in the state of Texas. They do not have a current bond on file with the ***. I demand this erroneous information be removed from my credit profile immediately. They have removed it for this reason from ******* but refuse to remove it from my************************. This company is affecting my life So, I need in full detail how Blakely Witt & Associates are verifying information. ******** will also be held accountable for not doing a full and or accurate investigation as it was stated they do not even see paperwork or how it is verified, they only go by the third-party status of being "certified". I have also tried sending certified mail a year ago to this business and community and *** had a hard time getting it delivered to the address they have on file. Blakely Witt & Associates has reported inaccurate information on, my credit report. Which is a violation of privacy and statutory damages. As for ********** and ******* they have removed the inaccurate information from my report. I have no knowledge of the third party "Blakely Witt & Associates" So therefore this account shall be removed immediately within 5 days. There is not even an apartment by the name of "************************", This is causing irreparable harm. I tried contacting these companies and I get no response, and this needs to be settled asap so I can get a place to live. This matter is time sensitive and should be handled accordingly.

I don't know why you are still giving me this "other than you" feedback. I AM ME! and I'm asking you to delete the fraudulent accounts that I saw on my credit reports. I attached documents such as IDs, SSN, and my POA. I'm getting annoyed with this ******** you are giving me. You are avoiding deleting the accounts that I keep on reporting and giving me the same feedback! Delete the accounts that I am reporting and I'm only giving you 15 days, you are testing my patience! Again, These are the accounts that you must block because I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO USE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION hence, these are all fraudulent accounts!
