Disrespected myself and my husband on that phone. Spent several hours on the phone with State Farm who agreed that I was not at fault and didnt know why my case was even sent to this company. My insurance company had talked to them directly many times according to my insurance agent and they continued to call and harass me for verification they are scammers who use unethical and improper techniques to bully you into paying a claim you dont owe on.

What a riot!! These people are attempting to extort a large sum of money from me. First, they send a bill for 14K...then a follow up letter increasing the amount to 20K. No explanation, no verification, no anything...you people use the weight of your position in the industry to bully and push people around. Not gonna happen here on my watch.

Horrible lady. I was willing to make monthly payments. And she told me since I don't have $500.00 up front enjoy my license being suspended and hung up the phone on me. I called the supervisor and explained to her what happened and told her I'm able to pay $500 by 9/21/24 and regular monthly payments and she said she will place that information in the system. And if I don't have it by than to call them back. P.s I just received the letter. Don't call them unless you have $500 up front or they gone hang up on you and suspend your license.

Intimidation, lack of ethics, and extortion practices to demand information they have public access to. Manager resulted to calling me names just as their junior partner did before hanging up after getting the answer they did not want. Firm should be closed and licenses of all partners' licenses revoked. A brief scroll of their ****** reviews and any phone call will show any interested party the validity behind my statement here.

These idiots called me about someone else! They were just trying to pump me for information that I didn't have. These are underhanded scammer techniques. How is this allowed?

RIDICULOUS "ASSociates" representing this company. They work on a threatening and menacing manner. No professionalism at all. You get more respect from anyone who has values and morals, something these individuals did not obviously receive growing up. They speak down on the individual on the receiving end, and want for others to make their job easy. Disrespectful, Rude, Intimidating, and DISCRIMINATING to say the least. They call and then accuse one, they can't understand their English, it's a waste of time trying to be cordial and talk with these individuals because all they do is overtalk you and act like a small child throwing a tantrum, kicking and screaming and then hanging up on you because they didn't get their way. Rude! Rude! Rude! And extremely childish.

The incident occurred while I was working were a vehicle backed in to the center of my truck (Freightliner) I also did not notice any back up lights from the vehicle that backed in to my truck (Stated to the police department) A month passed and I received letters from T.L Thompson claiming they are collecting money for a delinquent debt. The letter stated that I had less than 10 days to pay a large sum of money or They would collect money "Necessary for them to them to pursue other remedies to effect payment of this debt". State Farm is the insurance that the guy who backed in to me used and they reread the police report that said what I just stated that I was backed in to.

This is not a debt, it is a claim. No where on our letters does it state "debt" & yes there is a difference. Although, the insured backed into the freightliner you contributed to the accident by speeding. We have made several calls to you and also sent letters to no response other than this one star rating. We would be more than happy to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. Please have your insurance company call ** and we will deal with them directly. Thank you.
