    Money minting highly unprofessional disgusting business - they sent two non-English speaking folks first and then the owner came later. They packed things we said are for donation and not to pack (even the English speaking owner) and had to redo it. Spent lot of time packing items and did not check if they covered everything. Further after starting loading into truck when there was 1/4th left - the owner started asking for payment and hiked the price. When asked for clarification as was quoted less in email and looking for email he started yelling " you don't want to pay the bill ", "you are taking our some and efforts and not paying" and threatening to take our stuff in his truck and drive away and he told his employees to put the stuff back in his truck and made public nuisance and was demanding cash in the moment (the contract was by credit card). When I said I never said I will not pay, he started using F words and S words in public loudly in front of children basically trying to demand payment he wants at what he quoted and when I said to finish the job to get payment, he was reckless with properly handling the stuff and packing it. We had to pay him high and hire other packers and pack it again. We had a terrible encounter and he claims being off or angry after working for his behavior but it is clearly staged to mint money using customers situations and making public nuisances with false exaggerated allegations. Attempting Provocations, outraging with false claims and threatening stealing and attempting damage to mint money.

    I would not use them again. One mover kept disappearing. He wasnt on the truck bc the other mover could not find him either. Seemed like a way to run up the bill.

    We have an admin who handles cliams. We answer our office line religiously. If you have/ had any issues with your move you can call and discuss them with our admin. We would be happy to look into it for you.

    Starting off, we were quoted one price and once they packed up our home, they asked for a much higher price. When it came time to deliver our items, they were hours late and they brought more guys than quoted and half of the guys dragged their feet! While unloading our items, they were not careful and broke multiple pieces of furniture. When it came time to put things together, the movers complained about how late it was and that they didn't know where the supplies were. They continued to complain and gave me the owner's number to take it up with him. When I called him and tried to explain the situation, he cursed at me repeatedly and told me it wasn't his problem. Staff heard this interaction and asked if they could just leave because they felt "uncomfortable". I informed them that I was by no means going to make them stay and we would take up the issues with management. Management was rude and Ashley accused my husband of being drunk and said, "*******************." Off to court we go then. Terrible company!!

    I don't know who you are. If your the gentleman named **** that called and garrassed the office staff numerous times then was given $400 in a rebate. We'll sir you have already been taken care of, the situation rectified, the movers reprimanded, and taken care of. Then we continued business and you called and asked for another move. This time for free again, 2 weeks later. You must not have had the worst experience. This boils down to wanting something for nothing. We told you that in various ways yet you persist. Here again, you persist. Good evening sir.

    I hired them to move me on 5/21/22 they got s 1 bedroom apt I was expecting men at the terms for 2 men which is $347 for 2hrs addl hr $119 and $69 trip charge driving from Mansfield back. 2 men have moved my apt in 2 hrs with the same stuff from Plano to Prosper Texas. But on the day of the move they show up with 3 men telling that instead of the addl hour of $119 it is 169. They got you in a spot cause you have to move so I had no choice so initial I am thinking it should go faster with 3 men. It took longer with these 3 men They took 3 hrs and still did not get everything. They brought a small truck it was a Penske truck painted over But I could still see the Penske name When they got there he ask to do a walk through looking at what needed to be moved. Everything was boxed and ready to go He didn't say we had too much stuff for the size of truck or that it would take 2 trips After looking at things they started loading the truck. Later I noticed there was a big box of trash in the truck and blankets which would take up space. After 3 hrs he says he has no more room in the truck And they offer to come back and only charge the loading time We followed them to the storage unit it took them 51 minutes only 2 of the men were unloading. They also drop some of my boxes while unloading So we decided to ask the lead as of now what is the balance. It was $1,007,50 I was shocked when my total was close to $600 They were charging me $1k and they did not get all my stuff. I told him to stop like a idiot I paid after xfer money etc.. they had changed the terms by add a 3rd man It was 1 1/2 hr for 357 and addl 169. We call their office and spoke to Tyler the owner he was very rude told us this is a business and he has to make $15k a day to make a profit. We said it was not fair how they changed the terms & charge $69 trip fee and at the same time charge by the hr of $169. He said he give $50 refund never did he hung up on us. I was trick out of $400 I am on a fixed income
