On Feb 8, 2024, the dealer overcharged me about $9000 to repair my car that was hit by a lightning stroke. after 4 months continue to repair, the dealer mentioned that the car was unrepairable, and only allowed me to pick up the car after I paid in full to them. Then they returned me such a messy car that I was not able to drive, or even not a well-assembled car that I had to tow it back. The dealer never showed me any price quote before I said yes to repair the car. I never know I need to pay over $9000 to tow back an unrepairable car. During the communication with the dealer, and the research I did online studying about the dealer, I figured out there are lots of victim clients in the ****** area suffering from the dealer's fraud. I do see a potential multi-prosecutors suing because of the dealer's fraud

This customer was informed by the first ****************** dealer they brought their vehicle to in ******* that it was likely a total loss and they should file insurance claim.  They were told the exact same thing by Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown but they insisted on us attempting to repair vehicle (because the allowed their insurance coverage to expire).  We advised them multiple times that in order to fully diagnose extent of damage we would have to replace parts damaged by lightning strike one at a time.  Each repair was necessary in order to further diagnose add'l damage.  We heavily discounted both parts and labor in this process for the customer but they ultimately decided not to continue with repairs needed to further diagnose the remaining problems.

My 2017 Mazda MX5 was taken to Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown by Eagle Custom Paint Body Shop on April 21, 2023 because the driver side window would not stay up after the door was disassemble and reassemble for painting. Roger Beasley kept my vehicle until May 12, 2023, approximately 22 days which is totally ridiculous. The only thing they did within 22 days was replace the driver side master window switch and the window motor. Every time they would install a part, the window would not work. So, they would just order another part and this parts exchange lasted for 22 days. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle on May 12, 2022 and when I picked it up, I noticed many interior and exterior damages to my vehicle. My vehicle has multiple scratches on the driver side front fender, three dings on the hood, the weather stripping around the driver side door is uninstalled, the driver side door has a dent and creases on it, the driver side interior door has scratches on it, the driver side rear fender has a dent on it and the driver side rear tail light is cracked. My vehicle was absolutely filthy on the exterior and interior. I took my vehicle back to Roger Beasley to show them the damages on or about May 17, 2023; I showed the damages to Mr. **** (Service Manager) and he didn't take any responsibility for any of the damages to my vehicle; he denied everything and blamed it on the body shop. I want Roger Beasley to take responsibility for their actions and repair all damages to my vehicle.

I have been trying to cancel my extended warranty and GAP coverage since October. I went into the dealership to sign forms early October 2021. They said allow 4-6 weeks to process. My finance company states they never received the form. When trying to call Mazda of Georgetown, they try brushing me off telling me it was sent in October. I tried telling them I spoke with my finance company recently and they state they never received the October document. It's now March. I asked for them to resend the document for the last few months now and my finance company still has not received the document. I've made 20+ phone calls to them to get this resolved. I let the dealership know I'm looking to sell my vehicle soon and need the coverage to be removed to have my full money's return back. The dealer tried selling me another vehicle instead of focusing on my current issue.
