I liked **** as a person. However, he did not disclose his price until after we had our service. All we needed was someone to explain what we had, however he charged us the full price of an inspection. We were expecting $75-$100 consultation fee. Instead, he tried to charge us $300 for a full service new home inspection. I am really disappointed that our chat turned into a $300 bill. He even stated that his normal price was $375 and that we were getting a deal. Still, the cost was never discussed. On top of that, he cant even drain the septic, he had to refer us to someone else. Deeply disappointed.

****, I'm sorry that you feel this way. I gave you a ton of information about your system and left you with more than when I arrived. I did not charge you my regular fee because I DID NOT have to spend time digging up your tank's access ports because they were very shallow. I tested your system's absorptive area and found it to be acceptable to handle the flow that your home would normally generate. My normal fee for this type of consultation is $375 and I settled for $250 from you so I wouldn't have to fight with you. I guess it must be my fault that YOU didn't ask what it was going to cost before YOU hired me to come to your home and check out your septic system. **************** came out quickly after I called and got my septic system up and running. I thought my pump was bad, but the issue was a bad electrical outlet. **************** was upfront and told me that was the issue. Since the pump was old, I told him to go ahead and replace it, as well as fixing the electrical issue. This is an honest business that responded quickly after I called.
