I am a local Realtor and I had a client of mine that wanted an off market listing for their parents home they inherited. Four 19 properties was very fair in their offer. They did not come back and try to nickel and dime us during the option period. They were honest the whole time. For investors that is a super power to say the least. I will only work with honest and reliable investors that follow through. I will always reach out to them when I have a client looking to sell off market. I cant say enough wonderful things about the whole team. They are absolutely worth calling to see if they may be interested in purchasing your home if youre looking for a quick cash sale or a subject 2.Review from Diane A

This business engages in deceptive marketing practices. At first glance, mailings appear to be official IRS forms. But when opened, they turn out to be below market value 'offers' for any property the recipient may own. See for yourself: imgur.com/CFcB2IYFour 19 Properties LLC Response

Sorry for any confusion our mailer may have caused you. We do hire out a third party marketing firm that sends out letters on our behalf. Even though we have not actually spoken with you, we would be happy to discuss a cash offer on your house. Our offers are based on many factors including condition, location, style etc that are generated off of general formulas. We have been able to purchase houses at full retail, so our marketing piece was not intended to be a below market offer.
