    I moved into this apartment Canyon Grove on July 12, 2024. did and comply with everything i needed to, after moving in I noticed the ** was not cooling the apartment it would run the entire day and the apartment remained at 95+ degrees, I placed a request, and they came and changed the outside unit but the problem still persists, this is a 2BR apartment and I was told I need to shut the vents to one bedroom to push the air to another, and at one point the maintenance person said there's nothing he can do because other apartments are having the same problem. this is unacceptable it is the middle of summer 100+ degree weather, I'm in my apartment drenched in sweat not sure if I could have a heat stroke.Having the ** on results in major leaking that I'm sure is affecting downstairs...

    I have been telling ***************** for over a year to come fix the bathroom , & the filtration of water in the kitchen. The kitchen is flooded with water all the time & the cabinets are rotten and unglued. The floor is coming off because of the water. One of the room doors is broken and they never come fix it and Ive never payed late or stoped paying rent.

    In April of 2023 I began to speak with the leasing office about moving out for work. At first I was told I could not pay out the rest of my lease, so I told them I would cut it and pay the penalties. I began speaking with *****, I believe, who is from ******************, owner of Canyon Grove. She told me I could just pay out the lease, and so did the manager, ***************************. I moved 100+ miles away, so I was emailing *******, Assistant Manager, to get the notice to vacate form. I finally received the form, filled it out, and drove back to Canyon Grove on May 13, 2023. A young lady, no longer employed, by the name of ******** or *********, she goes by either, took the form from me, and gave me a copy. The company I work for, sent a check in the amount of ******* to pay out the last 3 months of rent. On July 4, 2023 I sent an email to *************************** about not receiving a July invoice, to which she responded on July 5, 2023; to be expected being a holiday, that she would send me the invoice by the end of the day. I never received the invoice and sent a follow up email, which was never responded to. On July 8, 2023 I went back to Canyon Grove, and spoke with *******. She informed me that I had been moved out May 31, 2023 and the check had been applied to insufficient notice fees. I asked if she had a copy of the Notice to Vacate, and she said it was not filed in the system, also checked Juanitas desk, and it was not there either. She called ******* who said she would handle it Tuesday, July 11, 2023. On July 11, 2023; *************************** called me and told me since I had moved my belongings, I vacated the apartment, even though notice was given. She continuously spoke over me and interrupted me, and finally hung up on me. In front of my associates, she recalled, read what the check the company I work for had sent said as the memo, and again hung up. All correspondence is documented in emails I sent to ***************************. It is worth noting, my apartment is already relet.

    9/15/22 I am enraged there has been no hot water what so ever and the receptionist is so unprofessional shame on you Maria you are very unprofessional. The apartment complex does not let you know when there is no hot water. Our neighbors from downstairs are very obnoxious and loud. It's horrible renting here. My toilet also hasn't been flushing right there is so many problems with these apartments and the management does nothing to fix it I'm very disappointed.. also bugs are a very BIG ISSUE.

    WE ARE CURRENTLY WITHOUT HOT WATER AND HAS BEEN FOR 7 DAYS. this is a reoccurring problem that happens monthly, and water is off for hours or days at a time. For this recent issue, there resolve was to provide 4 vacant unit for an entire apartment complex, where we had to sign up for showers. When askes how would sanitation be provided after use management had no response or procedure in place. Remind you will are still at rick for covid. in my Unit we have been without security lights for over a year now. Which means as a single woman i have to walk to and from my apartments in complete darkness. I have so many work orders that need to be completed but yet they had the audacity to go up $150 on my rent. Please avoid leasing from here, you are better off stating at a low budget housing complex. I hope upper management reads this and can resolve out water issues. I have not been able to take a hot show in over 7 days and counting Only to add this is what I came home to today. And the emergency number that they say they have does not work and You can't even leave a message. Im not sure what the brown residue but it appears to be backed up feces. I had to stay up all night to make sure it did over flow because it has done so one already I couldn't even take a shower, I had to boil hot water on the stove and wipe off in my kitchen

    Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/06/09) */ This was repaired on May 13th at 3:16pm - Boiler need special ordered parts that were ordered on Thursday May 5th 2022. The parts did not arrive until Friday May 13th and the boiler was repaired that day. The property has two boilers and one was able to heat water from Bldg. 1 through Bldg. 15. We offered Bldg. 16 - 22 to use the vacant units where we had set up showers and offered them to our residents which most utilized during the wait period. We did keep the residents informed with a daily email blast on the details and time frames of the Boiler parts.

    We have been without hot water for a week they haven't gave us no updates

    In response to complaint # ******** from *************************** in #**** regarding the hot water it has since been repaired on 5.13.2022. We sent emails to all residents on 5.5.22, twice on 5.6.22, 5.10.22 and twice on 5.13.22 informing them of the repair to the boiler system.

    The hot water is filtered to our residents by boilers which have parts that go out and in this case that is what happened and *********** had a hard time locating the part.
