I had read good reviews about Pinnacle Foundation repair and since several of my neighbors had fixed foundation issues, I called Pinnacle to evaluate my home foundation in ******. I knew I had some shifting in my foundation by observing baseboard, small cracks in the sheetrock; several nail pops in the sheetrock and the outside brick expansion seam being enlarged. ***** **** with Pinnacle took elevation reading covering the entire lower home floor and garage. He sent me the report showing his elevation measurements on a home floor plan and a letter stating the foundation is within tolerances and no repairs are recommended at this time. Good honest service from Pinnacle and ***** did not attempt to up sale me on work that is not needed at this time.

I am very pleased & impressed with the professional work Pinnacle accomplished on my home foundation. They are so competent! Their concern for the customer was evident with every employee I encountered. Communication is a real strength in the company. The plan & follow through was clear & easy to understand. They touched base with me multiple times during the project to elicit my perceptions of their work. I really appreciated their quality ******************************** Their assessment of my foundation was really top notch. I would recommend those shopping for foundation repair to have an assessment done by Pinnacle. I highly recommend them.

It's not too often these days, unfortunately, that I find a business that prioritizes being upfront and honest with their customers over generating revenue. *********************************************, in my brief experience with them, is such a business. ***** with Pinnacle spent close to an hour conducting an elevation test on my foundation, and concluded that I do not need piers, though I might have a leaky pipe under the house. His consultation was free. Give Pinnacle a call if you want an honest assessment of your foundation.

Wowwhat a positive experience for our huge 20 pier job. They dug their way around sprinkler piping to create 17 holes and tunneled under the house for the remaining 3 piers. A feat in and of itself. Gosh where do I start?? It was just that good! ****** *. and his crew were outstanding, Responsive, timely, hard working, attentive, careful, and thorough. Through every step of the way, they did what they said they would do. No flakiness with this company whatsoever. My yard is back to its original condition too. ***** my salesperson was also very responsive and checked in with me at the completion to make sure I was satisfied. As a business owner, I am keenly aware of how incredibly difficult it is to maintain a 5-star BBB rating. You can trust that all the reviews are real. For this reason alone, Pinnacle is a tip-top choice, and now that I have experienced their work, they are in a league of their own. Extremely rare in this day and age. If you have foundation issues, you should highly consider Pinnacle. The caliber of their work and overall customer service is very hard to find.

***** made the first amazing impression. He has been supportive since he gave us the initial quote. If not for him we might have gone with a different company. I am so glad we didn't! ***** and his crew (especially ***) did a great job. They were friendly and respectful and hard workers . They also seemed to enjoy the team they are on. It was a pleasure to listen to their rapport with each other. We can already see the positive results of their work. Everything is coming back together and it just feels more solid. Maybe that is in my head but it is good! Although this kind of work is expensive, we feel that every ***** was well spent and we would do it again in a heartbeat. All of the people at Pinnacle are fabulous and every single one of them deserves some recognition. I would be pleased and grateful knowing that they will get a meal from my review. They earned it. The moment you call to the moment you make your final payment, the Pinnacle Team is fantastic! The work was done quickly in two days to repair a lot of wear and tear in this 1961 pier and beam house. They went above and beyond helping me understand the process and getting the work done. ***** was great in the initial walk through and even answering questions along the way. ****** and **** P were on site to make sure that work was completed properly and answer questions. The office team with ****** and ****** were fantastic in handling paperwork. I would highly recommend them if you need work done.

Job completed in one day with 16 piers. Shrubs were replaced and dirt added around foundation. Cleanup was very well done.

***** was the consultant that analyzed our issues and formulated the repair plan. He was truly an expert at his role. He acquired the measurements, formulated a repair plan, and then provided a clear and concise description of the process. This included a detailed review of the materials used and why their process is both efficient and reliable compared to other methods available today. He also explained the timeline and responsibilities of the install crew to protect and repair any issues caused by the process. ***** presented an extremely positive attitude and support for the customer's fears and concerns. The install team showed up on the day and time scheduled. They also all had a positive attitude and immediately went to work doing the install. They were responsive to each and every concern or issue raised regarding protection and preservation of the landscape, sprinkler systems, and underground utilities. The supervisor ****** did a great job coordinating the process and moving the activities along. The operations manager ******* arrived later in the morning to review progress, verify the customer's needs and concerns were addressed, and prepare for the lift. He also presented an extremely positive attitude and support. Later in the day when the prep work was complete, he returned to coordinate the lift. His command of this process was exceptional. Measurements were made before and after the lift. All fill material were returned to the dig sites, landscape restored, and cleanup completed. Pinnacle will be our preferred foundation repair team going forward and I will recommend them to anyone that asks for my opinion. Great job!
