    I signed a contract with this business on the 6th of November 2024, and paid the sum of $6000 to the companys account for investment on a particular truck for 12 months with the return of $1000 monthly starting 20th of December 2024-November 20th 2025. I had a medical emergency and verbally requested if I can formally write to terminate the contract, this was meant with unfulfilled promises and excuses. On the day of my supposed first payment, the company refused to pay my refund or my monthly installment. I sent a formal notice of breach of contract to the company on the 21st December 2024. The company responded, citing non -breach, claiming that the dealership where they lease trucks from has approved the refund and they will get a cheque within four business days, and claiming that the contract stipulated 30 days turn around time for a refund to be processed and also claimed to give my refund a priority , and I should get my refund in my account before the ******. Its past the contractual 30days for refund, still no full refund, no monthly installment paid for December 20 and January 20 (2 months now). On the 21st of January, I sent a demand letter to the company, and got no response till date.

    The business reached out again today  being the deadline of my demand letter, with unrealistic promises, citing inability to get the money off the dealership, that I was earlier told had sold the truck and mailing them a check since December and claiming to pay whenever he can source the refund. This is totally unacceptable. They breached the contract, breached the 30day turnaround time for refund and now undermined my demand for refund deadline of today.

    I just want to follow up with my complaint. The company is yet to make any refund due to me. Aedel global services claims my money was sitting in the dealership account.I contacted the dealership directly by review, and they responded saying I should direct my issues to Aedel global services that they dont have my money. Its been 3 months now, and Aedel global services has refused to refund my money.

    Thank you for your timely intervention in this matter.

    The formal communication of February 10, 2025 by Aedel Global services to better business bureau , informing it will make a full refund of my investment fund of $6000 on or before 28th February 2025 is well noted.

    Most fundamentally, the ONLY acceptable remedy that will give me comfort and close the case accordingly is a full refund of my investment fund of $6000.

    in the light of the foregoing, I anticipate full commitment to meet this obligation at the specified time on the part of Aedel Global Services.

    Rest assured that I will work with you to pursue this case to a fair and logical resolution.
