    ************** has been an appalling company to work with, and I am deeply dissatisfied with their service. While our initial sales experience was positive, the moment we signed the contract, all communication ceased. When communication does occur, their employees are consistently rude. We have encountered issue after issue, and the building we purchased has yet to be delivered.The building was originally scheduled for delivery on January 6. On the day of, ******** canceled, citing weather conditionswhich, notably, did not exist. The delivery was rescheduled for January 10, but when the crew arrived, they claimed the ground needed leveling, despite our salesman assuring us it did not. *****, the general manager, suggested using legs to level the building but the crew attempting to deliver the building stated this would not, in fact, level the building, as the door would likely not open. When we deemed this unacceptable, ***** abruptly refused to offer any other remedy, contradicting his earlier assurance on January 6 that he would "rectify the situation because this is not how ************** does business."On January 13, we met with ***** at ******** office, where he was not only dismissive but blatantly misogynistic. Instead of taking accountability, he stated "it's best if we just part ways. ***** promised to refund our deposit, but I have little confidence that this will happen without further complications. When I questioned him about the refund, his dismissive response was, "I've kept my word so far, haven't I? I got out there and got it done today, didn't I?" This comment was especially unprofessional, as the building remains undelivered, and ******** continues to disregard their own policies.I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with **************. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and their unprofessional behavior are inexcusable.

    We purchased a cabin in April 2022. When we signed the contract we were told 4-6 months to build it took 8. Due to medical issues we were not able to stay in our cabin for almost a year. Then we found out two items on the plans were left off. Three plumbing leaks. Kitchen sink, Shower, And one spraying water under the cabin. Some chips in the flooring. Tankless hot water heater does not work properly. Back door frame is not square preventing the weather stripping from making a seal. Allowing a draft and light to show around the door from the door handle down to the floor. Also there was a two inch gap in the flashing in the roofing that I had to patch myself with roofing cement. Emailed their warranty department a list of the issues. Took them over two weeks to respond and a week to respond to the next email. Called them twice and got voicemail only. They never returned a call. They sent out a contractor to repair the leak under the house 5 days after I notified them. They showed up totally unannounced with no communication from ******** they were even sending anyone. I had already hired a local contractor to fix it as it was spraying water under the cabin from a bad pex fitting crimp.

    I purchased a cabin in October 2021. The on demand hot water heater has never worked correctly. I contacted Lelands Cabins multiple times without getting any assistance. ******** Services that installed the water heater told me they'd had lots of problems with them. Everything else about the cabin has been great. This is a rental so no hot water is a big problem.
