I made an appointment for servicing and was guaranteed a loaner car. It is 45 minutes from my home and service would take 3 hours. I made other appointments in the area that I needed a loaner to get to. Arrived and was told no loaners available, sorry. That does not help me. Im Not driving all the way there to be told no loaners as promised again. Grubbs does not honor its promises. Ill find a different dealership to deal with.Review from Nic G

This dealership has extremely sketchy sale tactics, will give you a vehicle that the previous title hasnt been released on, will take weeks to get you paperwork, scam you during service, and be deceiving throughout the process. They are ignorant of the fact that dash cam footage exists, as well as technology showing where a vehicle has been. Additionally, their loaner vehicles are not clean and the most recent one being infested with cockroaches. Video footage was provided, nothing done. Look at their other reviews showing claims of the vehicles customers purchase being infested with rats and other bugs.Grubbs Acura Response

I purchased a 2022 ***** Silverado from Grubbs ******** of ********* ** in March 2024 and I was left very unsatisfied. I was an out of state buyer from the internet and was mislead about the condition and accident history of the vehicle. The truck had a huge dent in the rear bumper that was conveniently left off of the correspondence with the salesperson **********************, even though I asked for an accurate description and videos of the vehicle. The manager ********************* was of no help with "my problem now" (a $1500 repair), even with me having to call and leave a message three times to get a response. And the *** ***************************, never responded even after leaving three messages for him. It took over a month to send the title and I had to call and ask for it, I'm assuming because of my complaint. Look over these vehicles really well if you're out of town and beware of this dealership and their shady tactics.Review from Orson R

Unfavorable experience at @Grubbs Acura, ********* ** We drove 3 hours from *** to check a preowned SUV @ Grubbs Acura. After the test drive and them checking our trade-in vehicle and several failed negotiations, we decided to walk away. We asked for our old key from our sales agent. He stated several times that our key was with his manager. I told him our kids are hungry, my eldest cant eat their snacks due several food allergies and his food and Epipen are in our old vehicle. Still he kept us waiting for several minutes, just chatting with his staff and laughing at times. Then I realized, our key has an AirTag, and lo and behold, I traced the signal. It was a foot away from him in a key box! He was caught plain and simple lying. Lessons learned, when at a dealership, negotiate with your trade-in key visible at all times or better yet, place an AirTag or a similar device and always figure out an exit strategy.Review from Emily D

This dealer is the shadiest I've dealt with in 40 years of car buying. Worse than ******* list (not like I'd buy a car there).Deceptive doesn't begin to describe. Trying to add $5K to the advertised price of a vehicle without disclosure is only the beginning. There isn't enough space to detail how shady and dishonest this place is.Advice to the wise, don't bother or if you are there, RUN away. You can't even get the name of the ** to speak with regarding their tactics. If I were Acura I'd pull their franchise today!Review from Jonathon W

I purchased a certified precision pre-owned Acura from Acura Grubbs 6 weeks ago, and I was promised by the sales rep **** that a few minor scratches and the windshield would be taken care of without charge. I requested to have this in writing on the contract and she said it wasn't necessary and it would be done no matter what. I requested confirmation of this 5 times with her on different occasions that this would be fixed and handled at no charge after purchasing the vehicle. We are now 6 weeks out and I still do not have my car back and she is stating this is going to cost me at least $250 and there's no way around it.Grubbs is employing dishonest sales reps that will lie to your face to make a sale. They do not care about their customers.Review from Tod J

SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!They are in the business of ripping people off their hard earn money! I purchased and used 2019 ******** that they claimed to be certified. The very first day I drove it out of the lot a check engine light came on and I took it back they held my car in service for over 2 weeks claiming they are having it fixed. I bought the car on April 28 and did not get my car until mid May. While driving the car home from work on 27th July, 2023, the car prompted me to park and allow the car to cool coz the coolant level is low which I did. I eventually managed to drive the car home and took it to the Park Place ******** and after diagnosis the car, they told me I have been driving with a low coolant fluid for a while which caused the engine to overheat and altered the inner parts of the engine and I will have to get a new engine. I went back to Grubbs Acura and they told me they cannot do anything that I have to bear the loss because I did not purchase an extended warranty that covers the engine and transmission. I never even drove the car for up to 2 months because the car was in and out of their service department delaying servicing the car and the mechanic must have leaked the engine and coolant fluid because they dont know what they are doing now causing a damage to my car engine and dont even want to own up to their mistake!!!!I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE FOR ANY FORM OF PHRCHASE OR SERVICE they will rip you off!!!!Review from Patricia Z

We purchased a used 2010 Acura TL on June 17, 2023 for our son. As my husband and son went to get into the car to leave the lot, the door handle on the drivers side popped off. We quickly notified the sales agent and he was shocked and said to come back on Tuesday (6/20) at 12pm and get it fixed. We agreed and left the lot.On Tuesday (6/20) we went to the dealership to get the door handle repaired. The service department had no knowledge of the situation. After a two hour ordeal, we were told the part was ordered and they would call us when it was in. Meanwhile my son is driving this car without a functioning driver side door handle. To exit the car, he has to roll the window down and place the handle on correctly and open the door from the outside as it will not function opening from the inside. On July 11 we called the dealership to determine when the part was coming in because we had not heard anything. Again we were confronted with ignorance. No one knew about this situation. No part was ordered and nothing was done. I complained and was assured that this situation would be resolved. After multiple people and calls, I finally was told the part was on back order and they will be told an update on the status of the part on July 20. I was told someone would call me on July 20 and let me know what to expect as far as repair. On July 20 I had not heard back, so I called.. after a lengthy runaround, by 5:30 pm, I was told that the part would be available by August 4. I tried to make an appointment and was told someone would call me. Unsatisfied with this response, I emailed ***********************, General Sales Manager, on July 21. I never received a response. To this moment, we still have no idea when/if this will be resolved. I am furious. This is terrible customer service and we deserve to have this problem resolved.Review from Gary M
